Love the 2 bedroom hotel. Great for our family of 4. The bed, pillows are very comfortable. We could sleep all day. The hotel is connected to the mall via link bridge on level 3. Very convenient.

At first it is quite confusing on how to get to the hotel. Didn’t know which block should we parked to get a straight access to the hotel. Luckily, We got helped from Hatten’s staff. Maybe put up a proper entrance signage at the parking? Breakfast topup was quite slow. And your pastries variations are very limited. And I don’t appreciate the very sad looking croissant. Which was what I was looking forward to. But I’m disappointed.

Staff were friendly and very helpful, right from the staff at the concierge to housekeeping. Staff at check-in could smile a bit more, though. Corridors were clean. Our living room with kichenette and 2 bedrooms were clean and cleaned everyday. The aircon was working and cold. The bathroom facilities were in good working condition and hot water was available at all times. Toiletries were topped-up everyday. There was also a small kettle and packets of coffee, tea, creamer and sugar. There was a fridge in the kitchenette, a safe, a hair-dryer and a closed wardrobe in each bedroom. And there is also an iron with an ironing board. Breakfast was good. Nasi lemak and noodles were the main dishes. Sausages and chicken ham. Potato wedges. There were also bread and pastries and nyonya kueh. Salad and cold dishes. Coffee, tea, fruit juices and a couple of cuppachino machines. Hotel was a short walking distance to eateries, shopping malls and 24-hr laundry. A bit far to Jonker Walk and A'Famosa but still ok.

One of the lifts need servicing. While on the 6th floor, we pressed the 'G' floor button but it didn't light up. The doors closed but it could not be opened when the 'open' button was pressed. The lift did not move at all. We used the room card but the 'G' button still did not light up. We then pressed the 'Emergency' button to call for help. And at the same time kept pressing the 'G' button. After what seemed like eternity, we managed to get the '1' button to light up and the lift started to go down. We then pressed the 'G' button and it lit up too. We hope the management can get the lift checked out. It's the 2nd lift from the left.

I was surprised that the cafe was open .Most of our road trips we use to put up in Hatten htl however we felt that Estadia rooms are cleaner & the lifts are less crowded compared to Hatten. The plus point for this trip was the breakfast buffet at the Nyonya cafe & the effort in setting up the CNY decorations at the reception area. I was happy when I got my cup of coffee although the array of food was not much of a variety but it was alright . 💪 keep it up to all Estadia staff for all the effort !

Well, on the evening we checked in the elevator on lvl 1 was out of service & we could not go up to our rooms but the wait was around 15 minutes so it was alright.

The location of the hotel is quite convenient being at the tour bus drop-off point and also walking distance from attractions like the Malaka river, Taming Sari Tower, Jonker Street, Red square, The Shore Sky Tower.

Had requested for "High floor with nice view " , however could barely view the sea from the room at 6th floor. Some of the items in the buffet were less than decent - like the roasted chicken which wasn't cooked through and the fish fried rice dish which had fish bones in it.

The hotel is a bit removed from Malacca’s city center but still within walking distance. The triple room was spacious with very comfortable bedding, and we all had a pleasant night.

The check-in experience was less welcoming, as the staff member we had wasn’t very friendly. Additionally, the air conditioning hadn’t been turned on prior to our arrival, which made the initial moments in the room quite uncomfortable given Malacca’s climate. There was also a strong smell of painting.

- The staffs are polite, welcoming & helpful. - the bed was okay.

- over time, the place itself has been a bit ran down on the facade etc. It looks a bit old without good restoration. - the furnitures have dusts on it. - the parking area to the hotel itself is a bit of a hassle coz it connects with Hattan Mall. - was expecting more from the morning breakfast buffet. Perhaps a Nyonya Curry Laksa or something “Peranakan” theme that goes with the hotel.

I like the reception on the 3rd floor , wide place with many seats for people to rest and the ground floor too very wide with available seats for customers to rest while waiting for their transportation, downstairs & reception very privacy, breakfast near to lift and reception well layout, rooms are clean and spacious, bathroom spacious are acceptable , the beds are very comfortable and my groups love it,I oftenly stayed in this hotel when I visited Malacca 👍

- We’re searching for a 2 bedroom unit & chanced upon this hotel - Close to tourists attractions - Breakfast was ok - Parking at lvl 5 for wheelchair users - Requested for nice view, the hotel managed to get that for us - Peranakan decorations were nice

- Need to pay for parking - Have to walk quite a bit to the parking lot, change lifts - No valet parking available - Housekeeping can concentrate more on toilet cleaning. There’s hairs, puddles when we checked in

Very good location, near malls, food and attractions. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Love the lobby decorations. Breakfast was good especially the ayam masak merah.

Got the deluxe suite room which was spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Good view of the town, hill and a bit of the sea. However, the room sofa and carpet got spots of stain.Shower space in the second toilet was a bit narrow.

Convenient location. The coach we use pick us up here to send us back to Singapore. We stay here everytime we visit Melaka. This time we stayed 2 nites then moved on to visit Batu Pahat . Decor is great with peranakan accents . Breakfast here is a bit boring this trip...hope food is better next time we return here. Pleasant stay

The breakfast is lousy.. main courses are so messy Standard has dropped since we last went.
