Room was very spacious. Bath salts were provided for the bathtub. Beds were big and comfy.

Location while near by, still had to walk along a busy road to get to the malls, which was quite dangerous for young children and elderly with mobility issues.

LOCATION IS JUST BEHIND THE CLOSED HOTEL EQUATORIAL. BCOS OF WEEKEND THEY CLOSED THE ROAD TO A SINGLE WAY N THE HOTEL WATS APP ME THE DIRECTION ETC WHICH IS A VERY GOOD TOUCH. HOTEL EVEN WATS APP ME ABOUT ROOM CLEANING. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THIS HOTEL. THE ROOM IS BIG AND CLEAN N VERY COMFORTABLE FOR MY STAY AS WE HAVE 3 OF US . IT WAS A LAST MIN TRIP N BOOKING BUT I WILL BE BACK THIS HOTEL IF I WERE TO GO MALACCA. WE HV THE BF PROVIDED BUT WE ONLY ATE IT FOR 1 DAY N WENT TO JONKER TO HAVE OTHER FOOD.

The room was very spacious and the items/decorations were well put. It is easy to get in to the hotel car park, as it is just right outside the hotel. Would love to come back here again. The security that assist my car parking was very nice.

The staff seem very unpleasant, as she did not greet us or even use the hand gesture of passing by my credit card. The hotel is right opposite the school, so may be it could cause a minor traffic during school end. The car park is directly without a roof so bare in mind, the car could get really hot and I suggest not leaving any sensitive items that could be hazardous from heat. I almost left my portable speaker.

I travelled in a big group and we booked 6 rooms. All rooms were big, clean and spacious and everyone was happy. Location is good, you can take a short walk to the shopping malls and everything else. There is a good spread for breakfast too. I did not try all the facilities so I can't comment on that. Note: If you staying over Fri-Sun, road closures will impact your arrival if you are travelling by vehicle. Please ensure your driver knows his/her way around. Walking is fine - no impact.

Would have been a 10, if not for a small problem during breakfast - I think the oats may have been there for too long and some small black crawlies (not sure what they are called) started to appear when we left it on the table for a while. We informed the staff who acknowledged and did the change quickly but no one came to offer any apologies - maybe due to language barrier? Good to review all the food items to ensure that they are constantly kept fresh especially the dried items.

Stayed here over CNY and it was superb. Rooms and bathrooms were huge and spacious for 2A2C. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was average but good enough. Like that they do alacarte breakfast when guest numbers are low, and buffet when high. Really comfortable and we will definitely stay again.

During CNY, there were some road diversions so it was easier to walk back from the mall then to take a grab.

The clean, spacious and connected rooms, generous toiletries with bath tub, feels like new 5 star hotel although it's quite boutique. Breakfast has good variety with nice coffee. Very attentive staff and easy outdoor parking with security. Hotel is wheelchair friendly and the staff brought a chair for my mum to sit on when she showers. Location is short walk to shopping centre and Jonker St. Will stay here again when we next visit Malacca.

It is no surprise that the hotel has earned the distinction of being a wonderful establishment in Malacca, and without a doubt, it shall be my primary choice on future visits to the city.

The impeccable service and attention to detail are noteworthy. A suggestion, if any, would be to maintain this standard of excellence. We were 'OVERWHELMED' with the hotel staff 'EFFICIENCY' especially to Mr Roslee & Mr Taubat as well as the hotel management for the 'TOP NOTCH' facilities in the hotel! Even the security on duty were very helpful!! Everything was beyond our expectations!! First time staying in Christee Suites Hotel & this hotel will definitely be our 'TOP PRIORITY' hotel in Malacca for our future visit!! Upon arriving, my hubby's car tyre got punctured & both Mr Roslee & Mr Taubat assisted him finding for the nearest car service outlet. Checking in was fast & the room we booked was really AWESOME!!! Spacious & clean room!! Toilet has a bathtub!! A microwave oven..coffee maker with complimentary drinks & snacks!! The hotel even have Netflix & YouTube channel as well!! My 3 teenage daughters really enjoyed themselves!! Bfast was nice too😋 Thank you Christee Suites Hotel for the 3 'AMAZING' nights & making our Year End Family Vacation the 'MOST MEMORABLE ONE'!! Thank you once again to Mr Taubat for yr assistance to 'EXTEND' another night during our stay !! Appreciate it lots!!🙏🥰

I love the moment I stepped into the hotel. From the decor to the coziness and warmth hospitality of the staff have exceeded my every expectation. Its quite sad as i stayed for only a night. Would definitely book this hotel for our next stay.

Nothing to do with the hotel. Its only the traffic during the weekend was crazy. There were several road closures during the weekend due to the new implementation of Melaka's car-free zone. Due to this i had to call the hotel staff to navigate my way to the hotel as "Waze" and "Google Map" is of no help. The staff was super awesome, informative and patient with me till we reach the hotel, KUDOS to the hotel staff.

The rooms were spacious , bright. comfortable , well equipped and very clean. The staff were friendly and professional. The hotel had a carpark and the location was convinient with most attractions within a ten minute walk. All in all very good value for money.

We booked a family suite. The description of our accommodation indicated a separate bedroom and living room. In reality it was one big room with a half partition which was not as convinient.
