Great hotel! Location is on a development with lots of restaurants, bars, and cafes. You don't have to leave the 2 blocks for anything. Miri town doesn't have too much going on but there's a very good visitor centre and it's just a very short shaded walk away. I was only in Miri to visit Niah National Park. Hotel is secure with swipe front entrance and location is very close to airport (Grab RM 13). The room is very nice, yes sure the bathroom has a slight smell of the pipes but the room didn't have the smell. Very comfy bed, water filter machine on ground floor. Staff even helped dig up a needle kit as I had a tear in my backpack.

Nothing! I was just one person but maybe 2 people would feel that the room is a little small but perfectly fine for me. Just a note that the hotel doesn't provide any tour operator connections to Niah NP so just use google.

Location, cleanliness, helpful staff, a sense of safety- just the vibes the place gives, well lit rooms and interiors.

An instruction to purchase and display parking permission tickets before 8am on weekdays would have helped. The staff did advise us to purchase, but there were no clear time guidelines- and while we were lazing about on Monday morning, municipal staff came just around 8 and dished out parking fines🙂. Thankfully, hotel reception staff later helped us to pay through the Borneo app, and so we avoided having to make a trip to a specific payment kiosk. Parking permission tickets are available at reception- just make it a point to purchase and display them on time

- Location was great as we were happy to explore the Marina area for a change, very close to a lot of interesting eateries and cafes - Parking was ample and we were happy that the hotel was able to sell tickets to us as we arrived on a weekday - Room was good and generally clean - Room, Lobby and hallways didn't smell like smoke so that was already a plus in our books - Bed was VERY comfortable - Hot water was available and the water pressure was very satisfactory - Aircon was in an odd position but made the room cold in no time - Glad to have been given two key cards instead of one - Happy to have a mini fridge as we needed to store medication (some hotels didn't have it :')) - Happy to have use the amenities as well, more than enough for the two of us!

- The floors weren't carpetted and felt like they weren't mopped or vacuumed very well before our stay - Under the bed was VERY overdue for a vacuum and mop as it was extremely dusty (saw some kids toys underneath) - Under the sink needed a good sweep and mop too - Room wasn't very quiet as we could hear our connecting door neighbours talking at 3AM! Same goes with the main door, sound not sealed and we could hear people slamming doors outside. - Toilet was leaking a bit - Wifi was great at time but sometimes dipped and stopped being so great - No windows apart from the toilets small window, wish we could have been told this earlier

The hotel room was spacious, the hotel lobby smelled really good. There was a water dispenser in the back room next to the lift. We refilled our bottles every time we went by, to save plastics and to save on buying water! Beds were comfortable and big (we got two twin beds side by side), with tons of space to hang out in the room without getting in each others' way. Location wise it was great, it was in a quiet area with loads of food options nearby. Hock Kopitiam was a favourite. There's a Starbucks within walking distance. This place is also a 20-minute car ride from the airport approximately, so it was great. We were about 5-7-minute car ride away from the Miri Marina, as well. For superb, affordable, fresh seafood, Wondering Seafood Restaurant is a 15-minute stroll away.

There was no laundry line in the bathroom. We went diving and had wet things, so that was quite inconvenient for us. The bathroom smelled a little at times but overall not too bad. Could have done with some deodorizing products in the bathroom I reckon (maybe whatever you used in the lobby that smells so good?). Also, note that this side of the hotel h as its room windows facing the back of a fitness studio (spin studio) which had super loud music playing around 5-7pm. If you were hoping for a pre-dinner nap, it's definitely not happening.

The hotel is conveniently located in an area surrounded by numerous restaurants and cafés, making dining options easily accessible. It’s just a short walk to the beach, perfect for a relaxing stroll. Miri Airport is also conveniently situated 9.9 km away. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, featuring modern furnishings. Additionally, the bathroom is thoughtfully designed, with separate sections for the shower and toilet, ensuring comfort and convenience.

Upon entry to the property, the design of the place looks like a compact high class hotel. The room is suprisinty spacious for the budget. Toilet is nice and clean with a modern design. Upon check-in and check-out the staffs were very friendly. The Wi-Fi provided was amply quick and with strong signal in the room. Location of the hotel makes finding food easy.

The aircon filters looks like it needs a wash. Aircon was a little under performing. The soundproofing of the unit is a little weak which makes the noice pollution from Miri motorbikes somewhat disturbing.

Room was very clean and well-maintained. The front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. I usually stay at the hotel chains in Miri but took a chance with this booking as my daughter had stayed here previously and was very impressed. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely nothing. For a cheaper/budget friendly hotel, I found that the hygiene standards and service were comparable to the best that Miri has to offer.

I enjoyed that the location was nearby many restaurants and also just next to a convenience store. It is also walking distance to Times Square if you would like a change of scenery and explore newer shops and cafes.

Due to the location, it can get quite noisy especially on busy weekends as it is located next to a few Karaoke Bars. This is just something to take into consideration depending on your noise tolerance.

There's 7-eleven store just next door so that was a major convenience. Plenty of restaurants around and it's a pretty convenient place to stay. The Miri Times Square is just a 2-minutes drive and 5-minutes ish to Bintang Mall. Price is affordable and easily becoming my 1st choice to come back to. Good stay overall, would come back to this place again.

Sometimes there is karaoke nearby due to pubs nearby, it is unavoidable. If you don't like noisy places, maybe can search for other places.

Preferred this hotel based on it's location. There is a 7-11 just downstairs and parking is easy. Rooms were OK and beds were comfy. A lot of food options all around the hotel premises.

Not so sound proof as there were clubs near by you can hear it from the room. Parking is not free during the weekdays and free on the weekend. Parking tickets can be bought from the reception.
