Majorly its location, walking distance to the major mall, restaurant and night entertainment. The room was tidy and clean. Tv is working with basic channels, but i can't plug in my HDMI cable into it. Its a smoking room by the way.
Wifi is available but maybe because my room was the furthest, the signal is pretty weak. I didn't know if they provided towel or not, but my room was not provided. I believe i can request from the receiptionist but due to my laziness and I did brought my own towel so it's not a big issue for me. I did use the iron and the ironing board, but with my poor ironing skills, i think the iron board is not really practical as it feels like the board is layered unevenly with some cloths. And the iron cable need replacement and longer if possible. But I managed to iron my stuff pretty good overall.

The location is really strategic as it is located in the center of city. You may find a lot of restaurants near by with just walking distance.

We booked twin room and request change to Deluxe king. The room quite spacious. The toilet also spacious.
It would be better if there is elevator.

Location is very convenient as it is so close to laundry area, a nice and friendly salon, a small convenient shop that open 24/7, lots of eatery areas especially at nightime and shopping mall. The staff is so very helpful and very friendly.
The heater and the fridge was not working.

Location near the imperial shopping mall.. easy to find foods ☺️
No shampoo and tooth brush provided. In case of an emergency check in.

Good location and decent environment. Nearby convenience store, self service laundry and many cafes and restaurant. Working distance you can find shopping malls.

Just the noise and the clear bathroom door if that can be changed as a regular door it's more secure
