The staff are very friendly. I like how there are a lot of power outlets in the room. There's also a fridge in the room. The road leading to the hotel is not congested which hence brings lot of comfort to stay. Parking was convenience. And it is near to the city center.

There was no separation between the shower and the toilet, at least a curtain would be nice. The TV was not giving an ample of channels to enjoy, and one of the TV was broken. That's about it though.

Small shower space. closet too near to the door. The rooms are not sound proof. Can hear other people talking very loud from other room. The closet should be place next to the TV table near the window, not behind the entry/exit door. Parking space is not spacious, very hard to park, space to narrow. After parked, the car is too close to the car parked beside. Very limited space when open car door and hard to get out from the car.

For a small hotel, it has a complete basic necessities - linen, working hot shower, working AC, working TV and lightings. It also has in-house guest parkig but tad limited. The receptionist was very helpful in explaining how to enter the room bc they have 2 keys - one for room, one for powering up the source. The location is quite far from malls, but you can always get a grab. Best is the hotel is in walking distance to food court selling grilled sea products and satay and more local delicacies yum!

Aside from limited parking, maybe the door lock. Our room 301, only has 1 door lock. And it doesnt have the metal lock.

No hose pipe at toilet bowl. Had to use from the shower. Could have provide water bucket.

The toilet needs bidet. Need soap at the sink. The tv in my room needs to be replaced (I think). Short of parking spaces. I had to park across the property.

Quite an old hotel but it seems like they are refurbishing it. The receptionist is very accommodating and helpful.

No extra pillow provided. Needed extra because the pillows are so flat and uncomfortable. TV was in blue screen but they changed it the following day. Not much channels to choose.

Good location,comfy slumberland mattress, overall the best. Shopping mall and bar restaurant just nearby.

We still can hear the sound the other tenant moving their chair or moaning sound at the midnite. I wish the hotel owner can install soundproof panel in every hotel room. The bedroom light is quite dimmed.

The hotel is old design, but its clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The parking lot a bit cramp, if driving big car is quite challenge to maneuver.
