Despite it look like old buildings but they really maintained the cleanliness. Specially the crib beddings are cleaned too. Breakfast was recommended by our family members. Lift was fast. Room size was great. All bedroom was equipped with bathtub and amenities was more than sufficient.

I thought the dimsums were included as breafast buffet spread 🥲 but overall breakfast was okay for night stay. All of the rooms was really cold but not much of a complain as compared to a warm room.

All went well. Especially loved the breakfast selection and atmosphere. Room was cosy and we had a good sleep and will most likely return.

1. The parking area was limited and outdoor. When we came during our stay, an event was being held and all parking spaces was full, we had to make rounds and wait for the guests to finish their event. 2. The hotel should change their towels. It's super worn out with holes, yellow, and no longer fluffy, feels like a 10 year old towel. I know it's an old hotel but at least update your towels with new ones. Felt disgusting to use it.

The room very comfortable, tidy, spacious and was clean. The aircond ok good very cool.. and also the toilet was clean.. simple breakfast but nice as long as have main course and American breakfast like toast bread, chicken sausage, red bean with half boiled egg. That's enough for me. And My kids loves and very enjoyed to swimming...

Sauna under renovation as per staff inform us. And also gym fitness not many things to use. As per my husband said some of in the gym are broken..

The rooms are in good condition, with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast is great and would meet most people's food preferences. The pool is small but really well laid out. Whilst it's not in the centre of the city, there's plenty of food choices and options close by. Overall this hotel provides good value for money.

The hotel looks great at night, but that also means every room facing the street has a light on directly outside the window. Not a big issue, but means you need to fully close the curtains at night.

During check-in staff took time to attend while they thought I was in the same group with the previous guests... Something to improve, be attentive and alert to attend guests needs.

Everything from room to toilets and restaurants are very excellent.

Parking areas are busy. It's hard to park the car. Staff from the restaurant who take room numbers before entering seem not friendly and moody. Buffet style breakfast but refillable their dome is very slow. Lift under construction and have to wait your turn. I give up and end up using stairs. My room is on the 3rd floor and I can smell people smoking.

Hotel rooms were comfortable. Air conditioned was excellent despite an outdated hotel. Halal Chinese Restaurant on 1st floor is hjghly recommended Parking car was easy, may book a slot upon availability Supermarkit just 2mins walk

The room we stay near the lift & very convenient. The view facing to the main road is lovely. I like it. The service staffs are friendly. The respond time for the serviced is very fast.

Friendly staff. Good location to shops & cafe/bars. Room very clean and quiet, super speed internet. Bathroom clean and the shower had good water pressure. Room very large. Bed comfortable Breakfast with good food selection. Did not bother turning on TV or the AC. Steam bath was good and refreshing. Pool was utilised by others.

Basic breakfast was provided (but the taste - nothing that wow us) Bed in our room is comfortable and clean. Room is cozy! Our request for higher floor room were granted. Thank you!

The facilities were under maintenance i.e. Whirlpool (Female Section), Spa, Steam Bath and there's no one in charge of the Sauna, Whirpool section to guide you on how to function the facilities
