Lovely welcoming staff, clean and well furnished lobby, bedrooms and breakfast room. Room was spacious, beds clean and comfortable.

Pool is very cold, and there arent enough loungers. Breakfast could have had a few more options, such as pastries, perhaps roti for the curry etc. Scrambled eggs had been out too long were very dried and grey when we came for breakfast. I did mention this to staff and was offered fresh eggs and promplty recived them so that was great. A rack of free weights in the gym would be good.

Breakfast was ok. Great location.

1. Tv not connected to netflix. 2.Down lights at the hallway burnt out. Already reported to the frontdesk but no action taken. 3.Air-conditioning seemed not being serviced for quite long. Thick dust. My husband had to climb up the chair to wash the aircond filter. 4. No hangers to hang the clothes.

The room was spacious, well lit up, the staff was efficient and friendly. Easy to go around to look for foods and so on. We were happy and found new spot for our next trip to Miri😄

I wish the wifi connection was much better since we arrived quite late in Miri so didnt managed to top up sim card with credit or data. It was quite slow.

I stayed at the hotel for two nights, and the room was really nice and spacious. The bathroom was super clean and tidy. The bed was big enough for a queen size, which was great. The best part is it's close to a McDonald's drive-thru, perfect for quick bites.

Now, onto the not-so-great stuff. The Wi-Fi was a total letdown. It was almost impossible to connect, and when I finally did, it was as slow as a tortoise. Watch out for the bathroom floor; it's like an ice rink. You might want to pack some non-slip slippers. Don't count on traditional TV channels; they don't exist here. You're stuck with whatever you can stream on the smart TV using their shaky Wi-Fi. One major bummer was that they did not give any heads up about the pool being closed for maintenance. Parking was a bit of a headache too. It's first-come, first-served, and there's not much space. There is no iron or ironing board in the room, so pack wrinkle-free clothes.

My favourite stay in Miri. In term of security of my transport and easy access to all part of the city. The staffs are very friendly and helpful especially with their smiling faces that made me attracted the most. The parking outside always full so I parked down under the building itself.

Tiles at the toilet are a bit slippery , so be careful No kitchen - sink etc Ventilation in the toilet No airport transfer at the moment but you can use grabcar (pricing around RM 14 to RM 19 for 6pax depend on your luggage)

Comfortable beds and spacious living room n bathroom. The breakfast was good. My children loves the swimming pool. Pool staff is nice.

Floor was abit dirty and there was used tissue left in the bathroom. Would also prefer if they provided a broom n dustpan for quick sweep cos my kids like to leave crumbs after eating chips.

no complete facilities, no iron, no comb, no shave no cotton bud, no extra plastic for us to throw rubbish, rubbish bin to small.. i think all the facilities need to be give just incase customer forgot to bring those..the swimming pool but to crowded..and as per person contact in email, the swimmimg pool on weekend is earlier 9am til 10pm..but 9 am we were there but waiting so long end up the worker say 10am.. the airconditioner not functionable, still hot..even we left it open the whole day still hottt

Close to the city. Staff was friendly. Price was reasonable. Area is clean and comfortable. Close to Boulevard Mall, about 5 mins by car. Pool is big and under a roof so not expose to the sun. There's a private clinic on the same building just in case there's an emergency.

Pool water is too cold and not enough towel provided, I have to go back to my unit to fetch my own towel. There's no locking mechanism on the sliding bathroom door.

Good stay with good value of money. Very good breakfast with varieties options. Basement parking provided. Love the perfume and the interior design of the lobby. Good size of swimming pool especially kids pool has sort of jacuzzi style. The gym only has 2 equipment; treadmill and 1 more. McDonalds is walking distance from the hotel.

Far away with the city centre about 6-10 minutes drive but close to Saberkas Night Food Market.
