Amazing location, decor and breakfast

Shower tiles are slippery. I fell and hurt my leg. Could have been my head. When I informed the staff, their response was ‘oh, some people have mentioned this before’…. Please - do something before someone gets seriously hurt

i think the idea of charging the parking on an entry basis was absolutely ridiculously unacceptable. its not about the money. i guess if you are in the parking business better dont do a hospitality business. hotels is about making sure the client are happy with all the facilities even with the parking …please review the idea of charging every entry to the carpark..should have been flat rate for guest

Nice location, Imperial is 10mins walk.

1. The room service was unavailable. My spouse and wanted to have a glass of juice, however, even the in-house ground floor cafe (Atotis) had already closed. We had to go out again to get drinks. 2. We stayed in Junior Suites, we found some of the smooth surface are covered with dust. (not too much, but enough to trigger my sinus). Dust was found on the side table, on the metal of the bed lamp, on the faucets of bath tub.

Very beautifully designed property. The room was very comfortable and I liked the design. The great plus was that the bathrooms had a built in water filter for drinking water which cuts plastic and makes drinking water safe. Awesome. More properties should do that. There is a decent gym with lots of free weights and a rowing machine and a treadmill. The breakfast was very tasty and great. The staff be it at reception, at breakfast, at the bar, at the entrance were smiling, courteous, professional and helpful. I would definitely go back.

The area by the pool though great for a drink is not super comfi to hang out in a swimsuit as there were no loungers The cushions on the seats were somehow missing the day I used the facilities.

From the staff to the bedroom to the bathroom, it was all amazing. This time I also managed to get a private parking space in front of the hotel for one night and it was supee convenient.

Nothing much to not like. The breakfast buffet could be improved in terms of taste. If the hotel room is breakfast included, you need to wow the guests with what you feed them. I also noticed that the Eggstation menu had two errors whereby the description of Sunny Side Up and Over Easy got mixed up somehow. For Sunny Side Up, you fry on one side only and do not flip the egg in contrast to Over Easy. I will upload the photo for that.

Its clean, comfy bed, service was v.good! MOSTLY so impressed with the modern & beautiful design hotel! 5⭐️

No chair, can improve cleaning under d wooden bench in the bathroom..

Good stay in the middle of Miri. New, rooms with great decor, comfortable beds. Relatively decent sound-proofing. Good water pressure for the showers and comfortable clean bathrooms with bidet. Good selection for breakfast. Rooftop pool. Cars were stored very securely.

Rooftop pool was a bit on the small side (but expected). Since the car parking was so secure, you can't go back to the car to collect things that you've forgotten, so best to make sure you have everything ready. Well, you can access your car, but it is a bit troublesome. Potentially, if you want easier access to your car, you could book one of the limited parking in front of the lobby.

I love how they put a surprise swan towels and petals for my parent's room as it was their anniversary. Thank you so much!! Really appreciated that. The fact that I got myself the biggest area on the floor is a plus, but i do wonder why they put my sister in it at first as it was single occupancy, but what I personally love the most is the comfortable bed and pillows, the room is clean as well. The bathroom is very pleasing to the eyes, I hope it's kept that way forever. Breakfast had great selection and very flavourful, my family loved it so much.

Some rooms can portray as a bit small, including ours, but my bathroom area was quite big. The bathroom floor could use a bit of more scrubbing as it felt a bit slippery when wet due to soap scums i believe but you can't really see it unless you shower in it. Space to pray was challenging but we made it happen. When i said it was clean, it was on the things that we could see, but the ironing board and iron was a bit dusty, not sure why. Breakfast was good but the pastry and some of the cake feels a bit hard and stale even when heated.

I recently stayed at the Deluxe Double Room at Mercure Hotel, Miri for 3 days and 2 nights, and I must say—it was a beautiful experience. The hotel itself is stunning, and I genuinely felt welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay. Pros: 1. The warm welcome from the front office staff made check-in smooth and heartwarming—it was such a pleasant start. 2. The room was clean, cozy, and just the right size for a relaxing stay. 3. I absolutely loved the washroom, especially the turquoise tiles (my favorite!), the mini pipe for drinkable water, and the open space concept for hanging clothes. 4. The little sofa by the window was a nice touch—great for lounging and enjoying the view. 5. Lighting in the room was perfect, with a beautiful ambiance that made the space feel modern and inviting.

Not much, but a few pointers, below. 1. The pillows could be improved, and my bed felt a bit soft for my liking—though that might’ve just been specific to my room. 2. While soundproofing was mostly good, I could still hear noise from the next room when things got loud. 3. Lastly, the Buffet Breakfast was a huge letdown, even though the settings were good. Despite these minor issues, I really fancied the hotel overall. The complimentary gelato ice cream was such a sweet surprise—it truly sweetened my stay!

Love the design of the hotel. Very modern and the toilet is so nice!

Parking is not free and is charged on per entry basis. Vehicle lift is limited hence the long queue to park the car.
