The room is quite spacious, so clean and very comfy to stay in. And of course the location is superb as the hotel situated right at strategic place for food hunters and shoppers just within walking distance.

It might be a subjective cons for some but I would like to add a thing or two to be consider that if the hotel can provide a fridge to store food/beverages in the room and parking lot as well which need to be provided by the hotel itself [even only limited as we do acknowledge of public space] thus no need for us to buy parking ticket.

My first time staying here;- 1. I love the fast check in & out very convenient😍 2. Location very strategic - near with 24hours shop also lots of foods stall at night 3. Near to Imperial Mall and Miri Waterfront it's just less than 15mins walking distance 4. Also what I like and love the most the staff there's very helpful and cheerful :) #for sure I'll be back and stay there again in future time😍 thanks a lot for the best experience and memories to all the staffs there🥰

Location is good

The hotel is not flexible with extending check out time. They want to charge RM50 for every 1 hour of extension, which is ridiculous. I made my booking online and when I checked in, I realised that there is no difference between online rate and counter rate. In fact, online rate is even higher by a few ringgit per room. And I am supposed to enjoy genius member discount. Thank you very much, Booking.com, for the "special price"

Quiet room and view from window can see Miri city. Nearby restaurants and shopping area.

Need to prepare coupons for parking near the hotel by 8 am especially from Monday till Friday. Hope hotel management can put mini refrigerator in the room in the future.

I requested the room to be decorated for valentines event and the staff and management is helpful enough to provide me the space to do the most special event on the spot.

There is nothing wrong with the room or services provided by the hotel.

Clean room and comfortable beds. Overall basic amenities are provided in orderly manner. Lots of eateries with hotel vicinity. Ample parking space available (do note that between 8 am - 5pm parking coupons are required).

Placement of the wardrobe could be improved; the current placement for standard rooms, impedes the entrance thus making it slightly narrower to enter the room. Providing a mini-fridge would also be great.

Ano Hotel is one of the closest Hotel to Imperial Shopping Mall..So, kind of convienient to just walk from Ano to Imperial

When we stayed there, the Tv seems to be not working at all..Since there are kids involved, they would love to have the Tv working..
