the room was so comfy but not as what i expected cause i want the room at the upper level, our view this time not as expected, the room services good and the airconditioning was as expected, the bath room was splendid.

It was raining pretty bad and Miri was flooded on the day we arrive, so really appreciate it that we got to checked in early. Love the spacious room. It was clean, air-cond works fine. Comfortable bed and pillows. The room service meal was quite a nice portion as well and tasty. Also love the double choc cake i think it was called.

Paid for extra bed, took them half day to deliver it after reminding several times. Iron was missing when we arrived, got it when we finally were given the extra bed. Housekeeping probably need more training. On one of the days they took our used towels but didn't replace them with new ones. Other than that, the hotel is good.

As usual I love the breakfast buffet. The food at the Lounge was very nice. The room sea view was good. I had a very good rest even though it was only for one night. Very cozy. The housekeeping staff did a good job with our room.

During breakfast, the buffet has a good varieties of food. However it was slow for the staff to topup the food. The waiter and servers also was not enough and we ended up waiting for a long time to be served. it is understandable as we came in during peak time i.e 8am. However the hotel management should anticipate the crowd during this hour especially it was during weekend and CNY. The other thing was I requested for an extra bed and the staff said it will be delivered when we check into the room. We only got it at 11pm.

They upgraded our room . The breakfast was good. Its our 2nd time staying here , first was before covid . Everything looks the same and service quality also remained.

During our stay there was a vip meeting and the hotel entrance was blocked. In the evening we wanted to go out but 2 of the elevators were blocked and the other 2 was fully packed everytime it came to our floor. After waiting more than 30 mins we decided to walk down the stairs with 3 small kids. Then at the lobby some delegation gave us a stare as we walked by them . At breakfast the food was great but at the noodle station the condiments were mostly gone by 830am and not everything was refilled.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The breakfast selection was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. I was also pleasantly surprised when they gave me a complimentary upgrade from a superior room to a deluxe room due to availability. The deluxe room was incredibly spacious, which made my stay even more comfortable. What I particularly liked was the free parking, which was very convenient. The hotel uses a parking card system, so you need a card to enter and exit, which makes the parking area feel secure.

there were a few things that could be improved. The bed had some stains on the sheets, but since it was already late, we didn’t ask for a change. Additionally, some basic amenities like the hair dryer, water kettle, and iron weren’t in the room initially and we had to request them. It would also be great if they took better care of their swimming pool, as it seemed a bit neglected during our visit.

Had a fantastic stay at Pullman Miri. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, especially for our family with a small child. They provided a baby cot, which was so convenient. The room was ready quickly and was spacious, comfortable, and had beautiful views. The bathtub with a view was a big hit with our kid.We also appreciated the option for a late check-out with additional fee, giving us extra flexibility. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the location is super convenient for exploring. Highly recommend for families!

The in-room dining options were a bit limited, and we found there wasn’t much variety on the menu. While it would have been nice to have more selection for in-room dining, we could easily use Grab Food to order from nearby restaurants, which gave us more flexibility and choice.

Breakfast spread was ok. I dropped my 2nd handphone on the driveway on the day of checking out, only discovered when I reached home in Singapore. Contacted your hotel via booking.com, the hp was recovered and my brother in law managed to collect it on the same day. Thank you so much for this.

We were given a room at Level 23, it was good to be on such a high floor, only issue was the shower water pressure was not good enough. Also, staff service very inconsistent. Though I greeted them, some just ignore me. Very disappointed.
