Classic style room but all the important detail was there. Lovely sheets, towels, clean and comforting room, bathroom. Clean kettle. Table and chair for laptop. Cable TV which is actually visible (most hotels - blurred). Lift. Central location to shopping malls and food. Near 24hr Convenience store and 24hr coin laundry to back of hotel. Quiet. Responsive, friendly staff. Some wifi. Property looks to be well maintained.

Room feels slightly cramped. Lighting is weak and what lighting there is - can be glaring. Limited parking - could have signs to suggest way of parking (compound around hotel is small, restricted). Wifi a bit weak - generally only good for whatsapp/ emails. Slight smell of cigarettes even though non smoking area.

Nice room and great comfortable location. Staff was very nice and friendly.

The air con was noisy. The room is dark at night, like the lights are very very low - this seems to happen all the time in hotels nowadays but this was extreme, couldn't do much in the room at night, too dark, can only look at phone and sleep.

Good position in the city center. The room is large and new, same for the bathroom. Wifi works well. Electric kettle available in the room with coffee and tea and 2 bottles of water. There is shower gel and shampo in the bathroom. Bed is confortable.

There is not enough light in the room.

Very fast check in and check out. The receptionist during our check in and check out were friendly and always smiling ;) very good vibes bring joy and happiness to us during our stayed overnight. pretty sure will be staying there again ;) Big thumbsup and keep up the good customer services ;) Also we're very happy to stayed at room next to one another. easy for us to reach out to our family members ;) Overall was great. Thank you so much for the receptionist who was working that night and morning the next day <3 thanks a lot

Everything!!! My 1st time stay here & wow.. For a 2-star hotel, everything over my expectation. The interior design has the "resort" vibe. Old hotel but well maintain & the bedding, Omg! Super comfy. Im not aware when I dozed off😅. Will definitely coming back.

The room was spick and span, friendly reception staff, overall a great fuss-free stay.

The noise from people walking in the hallways can be heard in the rooms due to thin walls, but it is not bad enough to affect your sleep, manageable.

Parking space is limited

I love the hotel as it is at the city centre. Also the room is very spacious for my family.

The parking lot is limited and it is known as blocking area where you have to park very close to the building to avoid blocking other cars.

Room is a bit small for stay exceeding 2 nights. Lightings could be brighter.
