Front desk staff are so friendly

The cook is so unprofessional and speak inappropriately unethical. I stayed 2 nights and extended a night. The first 2 mornings, I was late for breakfast. The first morning I spoke casually with the cook and all is well. Then the second morning I can't use the toaster because it was turned off before 10 am (last call). The cook turned it on and said,' we turn off because we almost close. Next time come early.' I was shocked and pretend didn't hear, but it was harsh and unprofessional. I didn't expect that line uttered from a hospitality staff. I hope that the management look after this matter and train the staff to be kind and hospitable. Thanks!

The hotel is old, but the service is very good. Rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed, and drinking water is provided. Breakfast is simple, fried noodles with bread (butter and kaye sauce), eggs and coffee. But I can eat enough. The only bad thing is: If your room is at the far end of the corridor and does not have a hot bath or Wi-Fi, be sure to replace it. Because the hotel facilities are too old. The location near the elevator is very good.

The staffs are nice and helpful. Near to Bintang Mega Mall 😉 The breakfast menu was good and we love it ❤️

Provide mini fridge (so we can keep our drinks cool) and more cleanliness ( found 'baby insect') and upgrade the a/c, but so far it's good! Maybe in future.

Strategic location at the city of Miri. Got breakfast provided which is nice to have with that price you paid for the hotel. Got bath tub, which is rare to find nowadays with this price tag. The hotel design was old but cozy to stay.

Slight smell, might be cigarette smell 1st time we enter the room. The lighting is quite dim as per my wife said.

The price for 1 night stay seems fare enough for me. Also it is near shopping mall. Overall it is ok for me.

For breakfast,late for refill. Toilet not fully functional for the flush. Lack of plug inside the room. Prefer the hotel provide extension wire since the room not having many plug to charge phone.

Good, varied breakfast. Large room with kettle, hair dryer and wardrobe. Good location for bars, restaurants and Times Square.

The place is very strategic. Easier to find food, shopping mall cause we can walk due to the jam road.

Everything is okay but please prepare the hanger and iron.
