Staff were very friendly.easy check in/out.they help with luggage storage because we arrive early and they were reliable. My booking comes with breakfast for 2 but they dont charge my 3 children for food was brilliant!

Facilities are well maintained and clean.but if they maintained the pool area it would be great.the shower head in the changing room is broken and have to bring towel from room because not enough clean towel provided.

One of the standout features of the property was the spacious room, which provided ample space to move around. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the view of the town from my room was quite nice. The room's shower was impressive, providing a refreshing start to the day, and the lighting was well-designed, creating a pleasant ambiance.

However, my stay was not without its disappointments. The restaurant staff left much to be desired, as their unfriendly demeanor detracted from the overall experience. The pool water had a yellowish tint, which was off-putting. Additionally, the promise of a TV with Netflix access was unfulfilled, as I couldn't access the service. The lift operation was slow, especially during peak hours, leading to frustrating delays.

breakfast was fantastic and the location is enough for us family to go for shopping and some other places.

it's not that I don't like or anything it's just that I have been calling for service room quite some times but no answer. understandable during that time is hectic time but please consider for room service. thank you.

The location and staff

We were in Room 1011 and when I finished my event and got back to my room to go to bed we realized that the main lights could not be switched off because we could not find the switch for it and it was too late to call for help. So we ended up sleeping with the bright main light on!

The location is convenient as it's close to Parkson, Uniqlo and Watson. The food ordered from the hotel was exceptional. Wrapped in cling wrap over the food is a good method to keep it clean.

The bath towels. I could tell some were used as floor mat in the bathroom from how dirty/stained it looked.

1. The lobby area where you can access to the rooms was beautiful. 2. The cleanliness of the room was just nice. 3. The pool for kids was also quite spacious. 4. Easy access to shopping mall below the hotel.

1. One side of the toilet wall was made of glass and only 3/4 of it was covered. Top part of the glass can still see the reflection of the light from the toilet. (Not sure if all rooms are the same as this was my 1st stay here).

Toilet very slippery,the glass's toilet too transparent not like other rooms before I went which not suitable for families & the hose leaked . The switch'Do not Disturb' not function outside, Also no Safety lock which was broken before we entered.pls check at room 1213

soft, comfortable mattress, spacious room, no smell, clean, when sleep feel like at home🫢

the part I don't like is in the bathroom. The water pipe in the toilet for washing, the pressure part is damaged, the water is not hot, the bath part to block the water cannot be pressed, the lock part of the room door is damaged .

Room size; best location; room was well-lit but not the bathroom; fantastic outside view; sufficient furniture. Yeah, overall we were happy with the room except for the air-conditioner.

Room was not cool enough. Air-conditioner needs some maintenance. Wifi wasn't the best either.

all i can say just IT WAS AWESOME! Perfect location, mall just underneath us, breakfast also nice, having a really good time with my family. Kids loves too!.

can you please clean the pool often please? hehe, i can see some algae floating everywhere and also on the pool wall.
