Staff were very friendly.easy check in/out.they help with luggage storage because we arrive early and they were reliable. My booking comes with breakfast for 2 but they dont charge my 3 children for food was brilliant!

Facilities are well maintained and clean.but if they maintained the pool area it would be great.the shower head in the changing room is broken and have to bring towel from room because not enough clean towel provided.

One of the standout features of the property was the spacious room, which provided ample space to move around. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the view of the town from my room was quite nice. The room's shower was impressive, providing a refreshing start to the day, and the lighting was well-designed, creating a pleasant ambiance.

However, my stay was not without its disappointments. The restaurant staff left much to be desired, as their unfriendly demeanor detracted from the overall experience. The pool water had a yellowish tint, which was off-putting. Additionally, the promise of a TV with Netflix access was unfulfilled, as I couldn't access the service. The lift operation was slow, especially during peak hours, leading to frustrating delays.

1. The lobby area where you can access to the rooms was beautiful. 2. The cleanliness of the room was just nice. 3. The pool for kids was also quite spacious. 4. Easy access to shopping mall below the hotel.

1. One side of the toilet wall was made of glass and only 3/4 of it was covered. Top part of the glass can still see the reflection of the light from the toilet. (Not sure if all rooms are the same as this was my 1st stay here).

Toilet very slippery,the glass's toilet too transparent not like other rooms before I went which not suitable for families & the hose leaked . The switch'Do not Disturb' not function outside, Also no Safety lock which was broken before we entered.pls check at room 1213

soft, comfortable mattress, spacious room, no smell, clean, when sleep feel like at home🫢

the part I don't like is in the bathroom. The water pipe in the toilet for washing, the pressure part is damaged, the water is not hot, the bath part to block the water cannot be pressed, the lock part of the room door is damaged .

Room size; best location; room was well-lit but not the bathroom; fantastic outside view; sufficient furniture. Yeah, overall we were happy with the room except for the air-conditioner.

Room was not cool enough. Air-conditioner needs some maintenance. Wifi wasn't the best either.

all i can say just IT WAS AWESOME! Perfect location, mall just underneath us, breakfast also nice, having a really good time with my family. Kids loves too!.

can you please clean the pool often please? hehe, i can see some algae floating everywhere and also on the pool wall.

The bed in my room not comfortable 😞 The parking lot is not reserved for hotel customers. Its mixed with Parkson Mall customers.

Regarding the room, quite okay and clean. Facilities of the hotel is good. Location of the Hotel quite alright and very good for shopping area. Hotel Breakfast quite okay.

Parking area need to improve and safety, a lot of wild cats climbing up the vehicles, no guards take turn to look and take care the parking areas. Better need special parking places/areas for the hotel guests to park the vehicles.

Near to the shops. Comfortable bed. Safe and free parking space provided. Very delicious of variety food serve on breakfast. Staff was helpful.

The tv cannot exceed volume that being set by the hotel. There is no hairdryer provided. The hose spray near the toilet bowl in faulty, need to adjust manually from the water adjustment. The curtians is dirty. No makeup table. No good lighting on the table. The electricity switch is in confusing position. Very old style switch. Need to improve. No bed table lamp. The swimming pool area is not clean, dirty and small space. Showering area at the pool was dirty and mouldy.
