Location is pretty near center with included undeground parking (if your booking mentioned it). Room is nice and spacious with all amenities ready. Bed was nicely made and cold. Entertainment like TVBox is a nice addition. Lighting in room is also pretty good. Bath water temperature are good as it took only a few second to get to hot water.

Too cold, AC temps cant be control even with the dial set to high temperature, had to turn off for the whole night. Room was indoor but still has window looking thru the walking hallway. Problem is no sunlight. (suggestion: maybe add timed led light outside to imitate sunlight effect). Wifi sometimes slow, so watching TVBox was lagging. Kettle seems not working properly as its done boiling, turns off, and turns on again to boil for some reason. Power outlet doesnt seem safe as it does not fit properly and no switch off button. One switch only for one side but not for the other.

its quite spacious, i like the bath tub, not all hotel offers bathtub, didnt understand abt the parking ticket first, bc the price was rm72 if youre not a tenant but then the security said we have to get it copped by the receptionist. overall, staff, clean and facilities was very good

none so far. we were just lost when we first came, bc the direction was very confusing, our room was so far to the back and we were walking in circles when actually, we could go straight from our right but the right direction had been closed by some thing so we couldnt get pass thru.

location and value for money

not the property but the staff was so rigid. When i did my booking i arrived specifically requested if i could check in a bit early around noon. but when i arrived, staff straight away said no without even checking if she could accommodate to my request. this rigidity puts me off. if she checks and said they're full. that would've been fine

I like the location of the hotel

The wifi internet is very weak inside the rooms even along the alleys 🤕... Thiis is my second time to book at this hotel and still the same wifi issues. Another thing is that no one from the maintenance dept to check all the safety vault for every room. Most of them are in low battery or totally damaged. Change the unit please. I did informed the front desk and they said they relay my complaint for respective , but of them came to rectify the problem, I waited for 3 days. 😰😭😓

Baby cot was available upon request and we appreciate it. The bed was super comfortable whilst the location is not too far from the city centre! No busy street noise which is a plus when travelling with baby. The a/c was great, but somewhat too cold for our preference but it isn't too much of an issue. Overall, great stay and will definitely comeback

The spacious room and it's service.

The breakfast menu is not compatible to the price. It has no variety at all. And please inform your restaurant staff to please be more professional and ethical while serving the guests. We caught them in action, they took the food from the buffet counter and ate in front of the guests. That is unacceptable. Hope you can improve the service and the food.

Reception Staff - very friendly especially the lady with spactacle , sorry i forgot to asked her name.

Breakfast - not much selection of the food and drink. dinks on;y coffee , tea and 1 type of juice. hope management can consider to add more variety of food and drinks especially local food. Overall still acceptable.

The location was great. Walking distance to food stalls, restaurants and shopping center.

The thermostat was not working well. Had to turn off air-conditioning as it was getting cold early in the morning.

Perhaps at the pool site just provide a free and available kicking board. I was surprised to hear that the kicking board is for renting. 😂

The staff was extremely helpful. My girlfriend lost her ring in the room and 4-5 staff were breaking their back trying to help her find it. Even going as far as opening the vacuum bag and moving the bed to find it. Extremely grateful for their effort. The room and the hotel was extremely clean as well. Made our stay really comfortable
