The place was close to town and they had free water refills which is nice. The room is basic but has all your needs. The staff at the front desk are very kind!

The cleaning ladies start at 7 am so every morning we were woken up to them moving furniture to clean under the beds etc. They would scream to each other and keep the doors open or slam the doors when they were done with a room. I asked them to quiet down myself and even asked the staff downstairs to talk to them and it didn’t change. Also we had a driver take us from Brunei to Miri and he asked to use the bathroom at the hotel and the owner told him no. I felt like they should have let the nice man use the restroom. It was not very kind.

It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel is located near to many restaurants and attractions; its also a walking distance to one of the main malls in Miri. The staff was also nice and very helpful

No complains but just one nitpick - the room is huge, but theres only 2 bed side lights to lit the entire room. During daytime, its no problem because theres a massive window which allows lots of sunlight in but it gets rather dim in the evening which might be a small issue if you want to get some work done.

Cleanliness considered good for a hotel at this price. Parking space available, free wifi and free drinking water refill. Hot water stable and strong water pressure. Very friendly reception.

Room 204 got some drainage problem at the shower, slight flood after a shower. Bed very hard. A little foul smell at the toilet. Still acceptable as only staying short time for sleep and shower only, and price is cheap.

Excellent hotel. Friendly staff. The room was on the top floor with a beautiful view. Clean, good AC, hot water, no bad smell. Free wi-fi. Super comfortable bed. We slept very well. Free parking on site. Also we can walk to a large shopping mall and a time square.

Room & toilet was very clean, aircond very cool, shower has both hot & cold options. Parking was safe well within the hotel gated area. Hotel locations was reachable to any big shopping malls. Hotel provides free hot & cold water dispenser. Overall a pleasant experience, highly recommended budget hotel. 👍🏻

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was close to food and restaurants. The area around was very quiet and we got a good night sleep. The Hotel was well maintained and clean. The Hotel was basic but for the price it was perfect and the best Hotel I stayed in so far. Nothing to complain here.

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable bed and air conditioning. Close to shopping centre and city centre. There is a lift, no need to walk stairs.

I would have liked a kettle in the room.
