Its location offers a tranquil escape in the heart of Miri. Its strategic location in Lutong provides a serene environment, away from the bustling city center. There's free airport shuttle provided. The comfortable pillows and friendly staff. Overall, it hold up to the standard you can expect from a decent hotel, which sets it apart from smaller, privately managed lodgings, which can often be uncertain in these aspects.

The room, though clean and tidy, showed signs of wear and tear, particularly with the electrical outlets. The limited working plug in our room was slightly inconvenient.

Quiet area far from the big city, just as I like it. There's a 24hr laundry & convenient shop just around the corner. Staff are very friendly and the lobby is neatly done. There is a minibar & a fridge been provided in the Superior room. Wifi connection was good. There's also a car wash service just next to the building.

I stayed at the Superior Double or Twin Room. The website need to amend on the Bed type selection. After final confirmation page there was a question about the bed type selection either it was King, Queen or Extra large double bed. I chose XL double bed but when I checked-in, the staff explain there was only King & Queen type. No big deal but just need to update on the confirmation page regarding the bed type but overall my 1 night stay was comfortable. One more thing, I'm only given 1 card key to access the elevator & the room. So whenever i went out at nite to buy something the electrical power will be automatically shut-off and my family will be in total darkness with no ac. It would be appreciate if the management could supply atleast 2 cards. Thank you for your consideration.

From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely taken care of. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the staff made me feel right at home. The ambiance of the hotel was warm and inviting, with tasteful décor and a relaxing atmosphere. That's why I extend one more night to stay here.

There are hypermarket near by. Attentive staff.

Food court next to it already shut down. Not much eateries around. Need to cross a busy road for foods.

Started with Check In, staff there was friendly and helpful. Asmy family arrived early before the check in time. The receptionist was helpful and the room was ready for us.

Strategic location to where i was heading. Good amenities around. Rooms are cleaned everyday. No issues at all
