The room was very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable. Everything was tidy and fresh, and the housekeeping staff did a great job. A pleasant surprise!

The room was clean and comfortable — no complaints there. But the rest of the experience? A bit of an adventure. Breakfast was... not the highlight. Think lukewarm eggs and coffee that tastes like it gave up halfway through brewing. Evenings were lively, thanks to a large Chinese tour group turning the hallways into a late-night talk show. Bonus: some guests decided the elevator area was the perfect spot for a smoke break. If you're sensitive to noise or smoke, pack accordingly. Also, don’t come hungry. There are no nearby restaurants or food options within walking distance. Best strategy: eat before you return to the hotel, or stock up on snacks like you're prepping for a camping trip.

I really appreciate the exceptional service and warm hospitality provided by the staff. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making the stay very comfortable. I also love the convenient location, just beside the MRT station. The breakfast at the restaurant also not so bad, just needs more variety. Overall, it’s a great experience that I’d highly recommend!

Overall, my stay was great, but I did notice that the parking space was quite limited and a bit challenging to go in. It would have been more convenient if there were additional spaces available. Aside from that, everything else met my expectations.

Proximity to MRT station. Excellent staff overall (reception, housekeeping, food & beverage). Reasonably priced and good b’fast. The pizza served here is very good. Also, the mini fridge actually works unlike many similar hotels I have stayed in

A self service laundry would be nice. I stayed at 3 different rooms during my recent 12 day stay and all 3 vanities had unsightly black mould behind - not a good look & quite likely a health hazard. I have taken photos of this but decided not to post it here so as not to impact the business. However, it is in the hotel’s interest to do something about that. Will review again on this matter after my next stay

Hotel is a fairly good setup, next to MRT station. Rooms were nicely made, simple n functional. Staff were exceptional till it made me leave a tip for the housekeeping. They were so accomodating... Reception staff helpful when asked abt vegetarian foods nearby. Took his accord to look for it on google n directed me to the destination. Despite the hotel being fully booked, the staff were all smiles.

Just that were no eateries walking distance... needed to drive abt 1.5km. Hotel itself... all good.

We were pleasantly surprised by the condition of the room and facilities provided in the room, bearing in mind that it is a 3-star hotel. The staff were polite and attentive. The food served at the restaurant was also good and value for money. Highly recommended.

The toilet and bathroom doors are semi-transparent and face the living area and bedroom hence no privacy. To have a little privacy, using the toilet and bathroom is done with the lights off. Suggest that the hotel sandblasts the doors further to make the glass in these areas opaque

It has been a great experience staying here. The hotel is definitely meet my expectations. The staff are friendly and helpful. Include the security guard. Eventually my stay is 3 days 2 nights, due to the hotel stay is comfortable, I have extended my stay for 1 more night. The environment is clean and peaceful.

Everything except the fact they don't have a lot of local food choices nearby. Strategic location next to a MRT Station. Room was cozy, staffs are friendly, kudos to Ms Yoga, a very helpful receptionist. Thank you for everything.

The room that I stayed in is suitable for solo travellers, very cosy and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was basic but delicious. I stayed on the 7th floor, and they have a water dispenser, it is very convenient. Despite being next to the highway, the surroundings were calm, quiet, and relaxing.

My keypad door kept on falling and I didn't like the fact that it is far from the city centre, almost half an hour and 2 tolls just to get to bukit bintang, but its okay I guess, just a little bit of price u have to pay for a quiet place.

The room is tastefully designed. Small yet comfy. The staff at the front desk were very friendly & polite.

The breakfast spread is minimal. I would appreciate a small working desk for a business traveler like me. Nothing fancy, just a small workstation. i had to utilize the coffee/tea counter as a working space.

Location-This hotel was very near to MRT Station (Sri Damansara Barat) and it takes just around 3 minute of walking from hotel to Mrt station. Room-The room is spacious and comfortable. The bed and pillows are super comfy. Cleanliness-The room is very clean. Since we stay in the highest floor (13th floor), we can enjoy the beautiful night view.
