Great value for money. Comfortable and clean room, just what you need. USB chargers next to the bed. The common spaces have lots of seating and hot and cold water, as well as coffee and tea! The animals that are around are cute and entertaining (although untrained and a bit unhygienic). The common bathrooms shared by all guests are fairly clean although sometimes without toilet paper. Friendly staff. They are also helpful and can give you a ride into town. The nearby Green Cafe is great for breakfast or lunch.

The location is just out of town, near a big road that's not very pedestrian friendly. There are cats and a dog walking around all day which is a bit unhygienic (they sit everywhere and lick cutlery). The floor outside gets slippery when it rains, which is a bit uncomfortable on a midnight toilet walk! Overall things you can live with though for a short stay.

Staff were really friendly and helpful! They even offered rides to the main town for dinner and picked us back to the accommodation. The place is really nice and cosy. On a separate occasion, we were rushing back to catch an overnight bus from Semporna to KK after diving, there weren’t any available place for us to shower. We asked if we could use their shower to take a quick bath and they kindly agreed. We are very grateful for their kind hospitality that extended beyond our stay with them. Will definitely be booking the accommodation the next time we’re there :)

The room was comfortable, good air-conditioning. The staff were very friendly and kind. They helped us book an island tour the night before. They were always cleaning. Adorable cats. Good basic kitchen and good location a short walk to everything.

The staff is very friendly. Is my return trip and I decided to stay back at the same place. Booking is easy. There's a free transportation pick up/drop off to/from town. My friend was sick during the trip, the staff is very Caring help to arrange to send her to clinic.

nothing, I took the family room, I think all good. but good if staff can always check the room, like function of the light, the shower head, the bedsheet cleanliness etc.

great, clean room - compact as show in pictures, but all we needed for a few nights in Semporna a 15min walk to the waterfront/harbour but they provide free shuttle to and from town which we got every morning to go diving they even picked us up after a few drinks in town a little late one night plenty of showers and toilets in the shared areas and a small kitchenette with tea, coffee and refillable water

Room in the shipping container was small but comfortable. They offer a free shuttle to the city centre or Semporna jetty. For breakfast I recommend Green Cafe, that is close by, and for dinner Restoran Ikan Bakar, 3 min from the property.

Sometimes there were no toilet paper in the bathroom.

Lovely stay at 7 Inn, really good bathroom facilities and kitchen area too. The staff were amazing in helping to book us an onward bus ticket and the location is slightly out of town but they offer a free shuttle bus service in and out of town which was great for us as we had to be at the jeti early for diving trips.

The inn is actually a collection of shipping containers arranged over 2 levels around a courtyard. Nice concept and works for the most part. Has a friendly and relaxed feel about it. Staff were very friendly. Place is kept spotless and there is a sizable communal kitchen area with most things you would need to self cater

By their nature, shipping containers are small. Just room enough for a double bed and little else.

i liked the price location a little far away from harbour and restaurants nice night market close by

rooms had almost no natural light, window too tiny and only at the top. public bathroom too dirty breakfast doesn’t exist, only cookies people grilled meat one night and we smelled it in our room with big fog
