I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. One of the things I loved the most was the nice fragrance (wangi) throughout the hotel, which made the atmosphere very refreshing. The staff were also very helpful. Firstly, our room had an issue where water was stagnant in the toilet. However, the staff quickly assisted us in changing to another room without any hassle. Their efficiency and friendliness made our stay much more comfortable.

Everything is excellent...from the staff, room cleanliness, amenities, food(even though its a simple breakfast but tasty), A La Carte Menu at the Rooftop also considered excellent and I love the night environment at the rooftop for hangout.. Im highly recommended the management to consider to have a busker or any type of musician with Jazz or any soul music during happy hour time at the rooftop as a value added to attract more in-house or a walk-in guest to enjoy their good time over there

Its a nice hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms are just wow , great interior and spacious. The food also was very nice especially the breakfast was well spread.

Limited parking.

clean, comfortable room. very efficient aircon, efficient wifi, strong pressure at shower. adequate TV channels. a big plus it is right in front of a 24-hour McD! it is within walking distance (10 mins) to town. friendly professional staff, no-fuss check in & out. a nice rooftop cafe that is open until midnight where you can get snacks and coffee. at the lobby, there is a tiny eating place where they serve simple but yummy breakfast (mee goreng, toasts, fruits, coffee/tea).

If the room can be more clean it will be great. Alot of ant's beside the bed.

Very near to Semporna town and eateries

Water ponding at toilet. Need to improve water drainage inside toilet.

cleanliness, quiet, also they have an awesome roof bar/restaurants, view is nice, food is good there

only part very disappointing is that they overcharge on the room card if you lose it. I couldn't found my room card at one time, went to ask for one more, they charging 50 MYR which is almost 1/3 of the room price. Luckily i found it back later

Breakfast too simple and location is ok..

No entertainment at night .The karaoke system at the rooftop is not good.

Actually this hotel is exceeded my expectations. Absolutely the best hotel and services that i had been experienced. The receptionist, housekeeping were very friendly and helpful, room so spacious, with comfortable beds, clean, got rooftop cafe with scenery view.
