Our time at Kagi was simply amazing. The island has the perfect size for a relaxing and private get-away. The food is super delicious giving a great variety of international cuisine at the buffet and the different restaurants. The house reef is spectacular and offers the chance to see turtles, sting rays and reef sharks while snorkeling and diving. We want to leave a special thanks to the staff of the diving center (especially to Mido) wo made us fall in love with diving and even certified deep sea divers! From ping pong sessions to cinema under the stars and spa treatments (thank you Maria also for showing us how to open Mangostin) we had not one minute of getting bored. The water villa was absolutely amazing and offered great sunset views. Everyone on the island took very good care of us - thank you Shinan, for helping to plan our trip and being there for all inquiries and questions we had. We would definitely recommend staying at Kagi and are very sad that we couldn’t stay longer! Hopefully this is a see you soon. 🏝️

It was the best vacation in my life! Kagi Maldives is absolutely stunning resort! All the management team is highly professional. They could arrange a very important event for my family on a highest level and made it memorable for the entire our lives. Special thanks to Sitora (Hospitality is her second name). She arranged a tailor-made schedule of my staying and helped me to feel the One&Only Guest on Kagi Maldives Spa Island. As for accommodation all the facilities are absolutely new, comfortable and beautiful. A wide range of activities will not let you be bored. I would definitely recommend Kagi Maldives Spa Island as a best resort on Maldives!

We loved everything about Kagi Maldives Spa Island. With only 50 guest rooms, we often felt like we were on your own private island which we loved. Highlights of our trip were experiencing the bioluminescent phytoplankton outside our villa, morning coffees on our private beach villa pool deck over looking the ocean, couples massages & bubble baths overlooking the lagoon, sunbathing, snorkeling the amazing house reef, and a beautiful sunset cruise. The staff was top notch everyone from airport porter to staff DR was very attentive & kind. Talal & I would like to give special thanks to Sitora, Hasna, Dr Mohamed, Maria, Moosa, Tony, & Dennis. (and many others who’s names escape me) The staff is all amazing!

If we are to visit again we will not again select the all inclusive option as we do not like to be on a schedule so ended up purchasing food & drinks during off times.

We stayed in Kagi for 10 days and really enjoyed our stay. Our ocean villa was new, clean and modern. We enjoyed the house-reef and within 100m we saw fishes, turtles and reef sharks. The bathroom and outdoor shower / tub were spacious. We enjoyed the all inclusive package and the offering with regards to wine and champagne was excellent. All the restaurants were very good, also the Spa restaurant for lunch (Sushi was fantastic). I personally do not like buffet in general, but it looked like other people enjoyed it. Hasnaa, our host, did everything she could to make our stay pleasent and enjoyable. In addition I was diving with Eurodivers and really liked the team and the spots they showed to me. I definitely can recommend Kagi.

Resort staff were absolutely amazing at all times of the stay, Friendly and accomodating. Food was excellent at all restaurants, including the buffet breakfast. Resort was very clean and well maintained. Great choice of beverages (alcohol and soft drinks). Room was clean and we had a great view (room 321). BAANI spa was truly amazing - never seen anything like it

We have stayed at Kagi Maldives for during the Christmas period for 3 nights. Overall, the stay was exceptional, the Christmas dinner was amazing, we have made amazing memories during our stay there. The staff is very attentive and we felt very welcomed from the moment our boat docked on the island to the moment we left the island.The island is small, but feels very private and yours to explore. You might feel that you're alone on the island and we liked that feeling. The villa overwater villa was very beautiful, we enjoyed the outdoor shower and bathtub. The view from the room is well-worth the money. The private pool is quite big and you can easily spend hours using the pool and the sun loungers before and after snorkeling. What we liked most during our stay was the in-house coral reef. We went snorkeling every day for a couple of hours and we saw thousands of tropical fish, from small to big, in all colours imaginable. We also had the pleasure to see reef sharks and sea turtles swimming next to us, making us feel very lucky to have that experience. We had the Christmas dinner for $250pp, the buffet food was great, we enjoyed the barbecued lobster, lobster soup, barbecued fish, Waygu beef, truffle pasta and many other things. The dinner setup look very good, especially the desserts. We wished they would have included drinks during dinner, you could only have a mulled wine cocktail included, otherwise any drink was a supplement. For $250pp for the dinner we expected to have a few drinks to select from. The live music was great, the DJ after the dinner not so much, his song choices were questionable, but we still enjoyed dancing on the special night. We were lucky to see the Sea of Stars phenomenon on the Christmas eve night, we were in awe of this natural phenomenon

The only thing we didn't expect was the power of the noise of the waves hitting the pillars of the overwater villa, making the sleep a bit difficult. The communication regarding the transfers to Male could have been a bit more clear, but we enjoyed the late check-out and late boat transfer leaving the island at 19:00 for our 23:40 flight.

Perfect stay, Very good food and superfriendly service. Everything was just perfect.

Returning to Kagi Island for our second visit was an extraordinary experience, made even more memorable by the thoughtful anniversary arrangements the resort provided. From the moment we arrived, the staff's exceptional attention to detail and warm hospitality ensured our stay was nothing short of perfect. Our lagoon villa was amazing, offering breathtaking views and luxurious comfort that set the tone for a truly relaxing getaway. The veriety of activities kept us entertained, and the exquisite dining options had delicious food for us at every meal. A special mention to our PLA Li, who met us on the first day and took exceptional care of us throughout our stay, right till the end. Li's assistance in showing us around and booking / recommedning daily plans was great, adding a personal touch to our experience. The staff consistently went above and beyond, anticipating our needs and making us feel incredibly special throughout our stay. Their dedication to creating a personalised and unforgettable experience was evident in every interaction. We are immensely grateful to the management and team at Kagi for making our anniversary celebration so remarkable, and we look forward to returning for another unforgettable holiday.

Our 3rd visit in 3 years and just as a wonderful and perfect. Had the pleasure to visit several resorts and if want small, quiet and serene even in high season (but utterly special in lower density mid seasons), 30 min transfer from Male on sea plane and 5 min boat, limited kid noise given no kids club, amazing house reefs for snorkelling, first class eurodiver operation with 6/7 of the best dive sites in the Maldives within 45mins on a great boat with a truly great team, world class food and spa, a personal expression by the local Maldivian owner with genuinely first class personal management and service teams, there is no need to spend €1k plus per day at the busy and hyped brand resorts when this individual and perfect offering exists. We extended 6 days after 2 weeks to enjoy a little more…family feel and way they treat their staff means the service you receive is just sublime. Over water villas are just lovely and beach are quieter, do both if you can. Thank you Nazeer, Fira, Basil, rest of bar and restaurant teams, gardening team, Dora, Sajeith, boat crews and for making this our truly special home from home.

Vibe is super luxe and relaxed, management team and service is world class, amazing diving especially if experienced and simply…the calm.

Kaji is a small, luxurious, secluded resort with everything you need! The staff is extremely friendly, super accommodating and ready to go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. The hotel offers a variety of experiences and there is plenty to do (5 Big safari, Ocean glimpse and Blissful sensation are highly recommended). The spa facilities and treatments are outstanding (Aromatherapy and Baani serenity are highly recommended). Kagi is definitely a place to relax and recharge. I highly recommend the ocean pool villas with the sunset views! Make you use the Kagi resort app before you arrive to plan your itinerary in advance - a great way to plan your trip and keep track of your activities.
