The free room upgrade we got, really friendly and helpful staff! The nice restaurant outside with cutely arranged tables and plants, and the location: just 1 min from the beach flic-en-flac! Breakfast was delicious, with a cook making fresh omelettes and pancakes.

The pool was a bit small with loud machine-like noises, not very relaxing.

We liked the breakfast but if possible a little more variety. We liked the variety available for dinner and it was good to have it. The location was very good as well as it is near the grocery store and near the restaurants around. The cleanliness of the pool and gym facility was greatly appreciated, they were well kept and maintained.

The hotel could have designated parking spaces for hotel guest as it was always a struggle to find parking at the back. Also, additional sun beds would be good to have in the beach.

Only the location. The samosa made for dinner was good. The taxi they arranged was good and the driver was very friendly, gave me company for 3 days.

For Vegetarian..there are no options, even the little Vegetarian option taste like made in animal fat. I booked for a garden view room, but for the garden i have to come out and walk few steps. It was not worth for the money.

The staff was simply amazing. We had previously booked at a different place nearby and we was extremely disappointed. Our taxi driver told us about Aanari and they were kind enough to accommodate us at the very last moment and made us feel so comfortable. A great guy, Nathan who is an employee at Aanari Hotel was kind enough to navigate us through the country! Bonus points just because Flic en Flac Beach is just opposite the road with many food outlets and ATM's plus the bar at night is such a vibe.

Location is good. And I give a 10/10 because the booking.com system is unfair to properties.

Staff really need serious training. Not friendly at all. Breakfast extremely disappointing. For what I paid, I expect much better variety. Again staff unfriendly. Rooms standard and very old fashioned. Needs serious upgrade for what you pay. I completely overpaid for this accommodation.

The bedroom suite was very spacious. We enjoyed the evening themed dinners where the food and the musical entertainment was from a specific culture. The hotel has good access to the beeches and a small swimming pool is also available .

The location, the staff were exceptional. Any problems were sorted immediately. Our granddaughter is extremely fussy with her food and the chef made her what ever she wanted to eat. Nothing was a problem.

It was all great. Would only say that the bathrooms could do with an update.

Hotel was clean, very kind staff, great breakfast. Next to the hotel is supermarket and across the street is the beach. I had a great stay there.
