Everything was beautiful on the hotel. Breakfast was amazing, lots of options and good quality. The room are super spacious, aesthetic and pretty. I loved that you can have free activities such as snorkeling or kayaking. The beach and the pool top notch.

It's a familiar resort so expect kids. I would have liked more night activities such as a parties.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is just a 15 mins drive from the airport. We had booked the Prestige Sea View Room for 3 nights. It was spectacular and better than the photos. The view from the room was breathtaking. The patio had chairs to sit and the room was cozy. The bathtub with sea view was also stunning. The sofa was big and they had nice amenities in the room too. The hotel is much bigger than it seems in photos. The property is absolutely amazing and has really nice beachside restaurants and bars. The cocktails and snacks are delicious. The beauty of this hotel lies in its humble staff who are eager to learn and improve their services and go out of their way to ensure that we had a wonderful time with their positive and thoughtful attitude. The restaurant had very limited vegetarian options, and as my mother is a vegetarian she was worried, but the staff prepared a special meal for her and ensured she didn't go hungry. Unfortunately it was very cold and windy during our stay so we couldn't enjoy a swim nor any water activities but depending on the time of the year you visit, the hotel has plenty of complimentary water activities to enjoy. We will definitely visit this property again to enjoy that. overall we loved our stay here and can't wait to visit again. A huge thank you to Sehnaaz, Xavier, Balram, Vic, Pattrice and Tipsu for making our stay so memorable. We will always remember the wonderful hospitality all of you extended towards use.

I would recommend them to get specialty chefs to train the kitchen staff and improve their food, particular for their Italian and Indian cuisine. Pizza Margherita came with chopped onions on top and the pasta in breakfast buffet was tossed in Green Peas and Carrots without sauce, which was disappointing. Also they need to improve their housekeeping and front office services. We had to wait a bit longer post their check in time as the room wasn't ready, and the housekeeping took a while when we called for water or anything else in the room.

The stuff was really helpful and polite. We had an amazing vacation! The room was spacious and clean. There was the most comfortable bath robe that I have ever tried on. Could be a great idea to sell it, I would be happy to buy one 😀 Water sport activity was included in the AI package, which was a great surprise for us.

We had ants running in the bathroom and toilet, but I guess it's a common issue for the warm climate countries. All the other were great!

The bedroom was really spacious and comfortable, with a nice view. The free water activities are a real plus. We really enjoyed our massage at the spa, where the masseuse was very attentive to my needs.

For guests who don't have full board or half board, the meals turn out to be a bit pricey. For this standard of hotel, you expect a real coffee machine instead of sachets of instant coffee in the room.

Location is spectacular and the vibe is really great. Rooms as breathtaking and clean. The hotel is really good and the decor lovely.

The external beach seating cushions were black, most probably never washed and tacky. Restaurants need a deep clean as too many people are catered for and not enough time to ensure everything is hygienic.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Chefs good with advising on gluten free choices at buffet. Lovely pool and beach area. We were on half board so we bought our drinks which were reasonably priced. Enough variety on buffet for a few days stay but often a delay in replenishing when a dish ran out.

Annoying lengthy check in process involving a description of hotel, activities and meal times. After a long day or night travelling it is impossible to absorb the information and all anyone wants to do is get to their room!

The location is perfect, and there are a lot of activities to do, including snorkeling, diving, canoeing, windsurfing, and lots of other water fun! So if you like, you could do something different every day ;-) Also, the rooms are spacious and clean, and I had a fantastic ocean view!!

The only downside was the food. I booked half board, meaning I had breakfast and dinner in buffet form included. For lunch, I went to the restaurant on the beach, but unfortunately, both were disappointing. Maybe not to my taste, but it wouldn't stop me from booking the Preskil Resort again.

The resort is beautiful and well kept. The pool was crystal clear and inviting. The staff were friendly and helpful. I met Charles the head chef who fielded a minor complaint that I had. That evening Charles came to our table at dinner and made a special dish for the table to apologize for any inconvenience (super special - thank you). There is a safe area to swim in the sea and numerous free water sports. Upon my arrival in my room there was a free golf shirt for me and a blouse for my wife (we booked a junior suit with half-board). The suite was well appointed and spacious. In the evening Preskil is beautiful and the lighting makes it feels like an island holiday. Breakfast and dinner offered a good variety of food which was well presented.

I stayed in room 4121 (junior suit) which cost 389 per night Euro for half board. Our room was near to the coastal road which carries a lot of traffic and also near to the river inlet / stagnant water. There was such a stench that we could not use the outside patio (such a pity as it would have been great to relax on the patio in the evening). I discussed the unpleasant smell with the staff at reception but they responded that this was due to coral reproduction at this time of year - go figure.

Vikash the chef was amazing . Made different vegetarian dishes for my wife everyday . He catered for our needs perfectly and the buffet was spot on on a daily basis Vic , the restaurant supervisor was amazing . He made sure we had a table nicely set up everyday and ensured he took our orders for the next day Finally , Krishna the deputy manager went above and beyond with his customer services and overall management styles. He was the perfect host and made our stay memorable . We truly felt part of the family at Preskil and would wish every hotel have a senior management like Krishna to manage the staff and general hotel issues PS. We have travelled a LOT and used over hundreds of hotels in the past 20 years . This was our first hotel experience that we will truly remember .

As an AI customer, a couple of nights at the 1810 restaurant could have been a welcome addition to the AI package. Also, we felt that the Valentine dinner at 1810 lacked the seasoning & flavouring of "Fine Dining" Regsrding the Rendezvous buffet restaurant, whilst the flavours of the presented dishes were good, comparatively with other 4 star hotels, greater variety of choice across the food selections throughout the week could have given further opportunities to show off the evident culinary talents of the chefs.
