The staff is welcoming and accommodating. They genuinely wanted us to have the best experience. The location is ideal as it is central to all the major towns. A little walk from there to the LRT and we were at Caudan.

Beds lacked pillows and my TV was not working at times. But these are minor on my list. Being in the Heart of Quatres Bornes, it is very noisy.... especially with the buses the stop by quite a bit. The area is highly polluted with vehicles fumes and extremely loud music from cars.

Kaveer and Veronique are nice couple who look after the guests well and they ,make sure that they feel comfortable and happy . They are always there to guide and help us thus avoidingustomake mistakes .They should put pressure on the Council to repair thepavement on themain road for health and safety reasons xxx

The stairs are a little scary for the hotel but most guests are careful .

It was nice, the breakfast was nice and well made. The personnel was nice to me and helped me with recommendations on where to go on the island and what to do. Very solid experience and the room was spacious and comfy.

There happened to be a smell accumulating in the bathroom sometimes if the windows were kept closed.

The location, the host/staff, the room, the bathroom. I loved it. you have your own key and can get in and out at your convenience.

Training new staff in front of guests. Came out as belittling the staff. can something be done about sound proofing. You can hear other guests making phone calls from their room....meaning they can hear you too

We loved the helpfulness of all the staff. Kavy, the manager, was very approachable and gave us good advice about transport. (For example, when we inquired about a taxi ride to Souillac, not only did he oblige and hired a cab for us, but it was a new Mercedes and the price lower than expected). The breakfast were delicious and magnificent, and something to look forward to. We picked the large room, which is very spacious and bright, and in our opinion well worth the little extra. There is a handy cafe/restaurant just 10 or so metres across the entrance to Hello Guesthouse, where we ate our dinners. The guesthouse is located in walking distance to the metro station, buses, bank and the local market. The hotel exceeded our expectations and is excellent value. We really loved our stay at Hello Guesthouse and highly recommend it.

The owner and the staff are extremely good and helpful. During cyclone when all restaurants were closed, they provided me warm delicious lunch and dinner. The breakfast is good with a variety to choose. Besides, the rooms and bathrooms are clean well maintained. The location is super, a minute walk to bus stop, its close to shops and restaurants. There is free wifi, though l did not check its speed as l had my own mobile data. Much appreciation to the owners, I will definitely come again.

The room was the perfect size with an incredibly spacious bathroom. The location was conveniently close to some restaurants, atms, and spots to collect a SIM card. And, of course, my host Kavee was outstanding. He's built something special here, and I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

The owners personally attended to breakfast daily and paid close attention to my personal needs. The location was perfect, close to all amenities. Walking distance to banks, supermarkets, public transportation including the new Metro. Throughout my stay the owners were consistently generous, warm, welcoming and friendly to ensure my comfort and well-being. They went above and beyond to make me feel at home away from home. They even offered deliciously home-cooked dinner to make it easier and convenient for me.

I wish I could have stayed longer!

The host was quite responsive even checking on whether i had arrived or not. The staff is superb - Zou is so calm, respectful and quite effective. It's a very serene place that felt like home.

Staffs were good, Location is good, breakfast was nice.

They should also consider developing lunch and dinner facilities, given their well-maintained dining area."
