The breakfast was okay. However, if you have a restricted diet such as I do (vegan), there won't be much to eat for the amount of money paid (was only able to have some fruit and toast). For those without diet restrictions, it would be a better value. I like the location of being by a mall.

I am not a fan of bathrooms without doors or proper walls. Luckily, I was traveling alone this time. Be aware though if you are traveling with family or coworkers, that you will not have privacy in the bathroom or shower.

We spent a total of 3 nights there between our trips to Rodrigues Island. The hotel is ideally located within driving distance to where we needed to go and in a safe environment. The excellent staff were flexible enough to allow for a late check out as our flight was late in the afternoon.

Need to pay attention to detail as our room had only one towel. We asked but had to go collect ourselves after waiting for too long and was told that the housekeepers had already gone home.

My wife and I went into this not really expecting much, but it turned out to be absolutely fantastic. The staff was veri accommodating and helpful, there were no issues, the food was great and the view from the balcony was amazing! There was also Netflix which is a rarity for the price. Also the mall and everything included there gave us many more options. Overall, it was an amazing experience!

Not really much to say here as everything was as good as it could have been. We'd really have to nitpick to find something bad about the experience.

The staff are so nice. Rooms are small but neat. The calmness and nice surroundings lovely place for business and family Dedicated house staff , mainly women in all section, excel in their commitment to satisfy the guest

Nothing specific. They can keep some vegetarian food for breakfast . Upma, boiled veggie something

The fitness center is extremely small with only fixed glass windows which cannot be opened , hardly any place to stand in the fitness center , only limited Basic cardio machines and some dumbells Self service , room service not there Same brf served everday with no variation Rooms are small with hardly any space for storage

I THINK THE BREAKFAST WAS GREAT WITH A LOT OF FOOD TO CHOSE FROM AND THE LOCATION SUPERB AND WOULD DEFINETLY BOOK THE SAME HOTEL WHEN HAVE TO TRAVEL BACK TO MAURITIUS

IN MY OPINION I HAVE NO COMPLAINS AS ALL WAS PERFECT ESPECIALLY THE STAFF THEY REALY MADE ME FEEL AT HOME AND ALSO THEY SO KIND AND FRIENDLY.

The location is good for business travelers. Also, being so close to the Bagatellle Mall is convenient.

I didn't spend much time in the hotel as I was working each day, so I didn't find anything unsatisfactory.

Voila is a fabulous hotel which is conveniently located in the Bagatelle Mall, which was the primary reason for my visit to Mauritius to get some shopping done and have a relaxing time. The staff were well mannered and helpful especially with the cyclone situation. The room and bathroom were very clean and up to the standard. I had the chance to use the gym although small it is very well equipped and I could do my workouts without any disturbances.

The day I arrived I was told by the staff that the Cyclone was going to hit the island the next day, it was a bit of a rush to get some shopping done as I had no idea when the shops would be open again. The TV in the room was a bit outdated as I could not watch any movies I had on my external drive, the channels were mostly local and horrid in view that I had to spend an entire day indoors due to the cyclone.

From the moment we arrived we only had the best service. All the staff was helpful, friendly with exception of Feroosha and daughter Treesha both are most definitely the best ambassadors for Voila Bagatelle. The breakfast and dinners were exceptional, a 110% to the chefs. Our room was kept clean, thank you to the cleaning staff. We requested to be moved to an upper floor with a view, and the front office staff did just that. The 5 star resorts are not even close to the service friendly and efficient staff of your world class establishment. Thank you to all staff for making our stay a pleasant memory. Not staying longer

This place is where i stay during my visit to mauritius. I like the sraff, the clean area, the walking around the mall etc. It is a nice place for both business and family stay
