The staff were very friendly, they somehow conveyed that our comfort / preferences were of more importance than their 'rules', so it was a great experience. The location is fabulous to explore the Waterfront. Great options for food, entertainment and hanging out.

We weren't able to use the pool - mainly because we were there only for one night, but also because the pool didn't seem very inviting. That's what happens when stays at a business hotel while on vacation! This is more a country-specific item, that there is no bidet shower / health faucet in the toilet - have become used to expecting one on travel.

The hotel is beautiful and exceptional..worth every penny. The staff were pleasant and very acc omodating. The breakfast provided catered for all eating options and their is a shopping centre next door to the hotel. My room was beautiful it had a TV with a duo screen and overlooked the harbour. The bathroom like my room was tastefully decorated ... a big thank you to the housekeeping staff who cleaned my room promptly and thoroughly.

It would have been good if the hotel advertised the local activities or current events taking place in the vicinity. I did go to the Aquarium which was advertised in the hotel which was lovely but there is so much more to do. It also would have been good if there were instructions on how to use the Duo tv screen.. I did eventually figure it out.

Good location. There is a resident lounge with water and coffee to work from. Lobby and restaurant areas are full of people conducting business meetings.

Air conditioning in the room in a standard room was not adjustable (maximum cooling power or OFF). Can be dealt with by opening balcony doors but that is hardly an energy efficient way. Room cards seem to be in low supply, when I asked for a second one no spare ones were available.

The staff were lovely and friendly especially in the restaurant/bar area. Excellent location.

I couldn’t get my head around the fact that there weren’t chairs on the balcony and we weren’t allowed to have chairs put on the balcony. Why have a balcony if you can’t sit out on it! We booked this hotel because of that so we could sit out when we put our little one asleep but it wasn’t possible.

I do have problems with hard beds. I mention that the bed was too firm for me and straight away a lovely mattress topper was fitted enabling me to sleep well during my stay! We had all our meals at the hotel during our stay with you. The food was excellent food and the staff were lovely. Thank you.

Hotel was fantastic, great big room, very friendly staff, food great, bottled water, coffee, tea in our room everyday, with no extra charge,we enjoy our stay, the hotel was very centeral to buses metro, an no shortage of taxis, would definitely recommend this hotel

The only thing was the elevators were not working, but the hotel let guests use the staff elevator which didnt go to the ground floor

Great warm and friendly staff and from minute we checked in it was as if we had gone home. Dining staff from F an B manager to waitress Tiffany were great. The food at the bistro was excellent and the room so very comfortable and well appointed. Great location and a real find for future visits to Port Louis

I liked the location to layout. And it was a business hotel rather than a family hotel and a holiday destination.That's what made it special for me

I think I think the business meeting shows could be a little bit more secluded

The room was luxurious and the bed was so comfortable, we had the best sleeps while there. We enjoyed access to the lounge all day. Great location right on the waterfront and easy access to bars, cafes and restaurants.

This is one of the few truly world class hotels were excellence is their benchmark. Outstanding service with a smile so helpful , in rate this hotel as number one in the world and I do travel everywhere!
