I recently had the pleasure of staying at this resort in Mauritius located on the west north of the island, and I cannot speak highly enough about my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the fantastic facilities of the hotel. The design truly makes it feel like a piece of heaven, with the beach serving as the entrance to this beautiful paradise. The staff, at the resort are truly exceptional. The customer service is best in class and I have never experienced such attentive, respectful and friendly service anywhere else in the world. They truly go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is perfect in every way and all of them speak at least two languages: French and English. Sagit -housekeeping gent actually offered a ride back to the hotel when I bumped into him in town on his day off! Kudruth - went out of his way to help with renting a car and although very busy he was ever so accommodating jovial and attentive! Kavita - would welcome everyone at the buffet restaurant and remembered almost everyone’s name! She was very polite and always made some food suggestions based on preferences! Manoj - at Mayha Indian restaurant provided fantastic customer service! Very knowledgeable of the menu and very attentive suggesting types of drinks that would go best with the choice of food. Barlen - at Mayha restaurant took the time to share where we can buy the local made vanilla rum! Loveish - although it was 1am interacted with us and asked how can our experience be improved and actually provided some solutions to some of the queries we had! Taku- was the cleaning fairy! Always made sure there is water in the room and came in to make the bed even on the days when we didn’t need a clean! Tony - just knew his stuff on lobster night! He suggested the sauces to go with each sea food item and I couldn’t recommend this experience enough at the restaurant on the beach. Devina - pool staff always polite and greeting everyone :)

Superb place on a stunning beach. Hotel rooms all secluded and quiet and photos do not do it justice. Grounds amazing as we're the very friendly staff. Food top notch and breakfast had plenty of variety. Would recommend this place to any of my friends

Not much to moan about but the price of a beer for non all inclusive was way over the top. Equivalent to 10.50 a pint in UK prices. I have stayed at 5 star Hotels before so they cannot trot out the 'we are 5 star line' Trousers and closed footwear a bit of a bind especially as some of my Bermuda shorts and leather sandals look very smart but that is minor gripe. Beer price really annoyed me

Beautiful hotel with well maintained gardens and beach. The rooms are clean and spacious with nice big bathroom and balcony. A la carte restaurants are amazing, if you can get a reservation. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

We were on our honeymoon and felt a bit let down by the fact we weren’t able to get a reservation at any of the a la carte restaurants for the first 4 nights of our 8 night stay, despite the restaurants never looking full, for such a special occasion it felt disappointing to have to eat at the buffet for half of our stay. The process of having to stand in a daily queue in the morning to try and book a restaurant with only 1 person at the desk also feels overly arduous and for a 5* hotel I would expect a slicker service.

The hotel has a huge territory, which is green and very well maintained. All villas are located just at the right distance from each other, so you always feel some privacy. The rooms are surely a bit outdated yet high quality and spacious. Complimentary tea, coffee (nespresso), and water are provided daily. The service is a true 5* hotel, 2 times a day cleaning, the staff is responsive and polite. Usage of beachcomber app is also another advantage, its possible to request any room amenities directly without calling, and check all restaurants menus. The beach is perfect, cleaned every day, with soft whitish sand. Plenty of sunbeds in different locations. Great free water activities, we definitely recommend taking snorkeling, SUP, water skiis. Breakfast is generous with everything one might expect from such a hotel. The only thing, a dietary corner with gluten free products could have been better. We fully enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Nothing that would come up to mind. There were some minor things for sure, but it can fully be disregarded considering what hotel offers.

Beautiful beach, garden and pools. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas both on the beach and by the pool.

The choice of food at breakfast was quite poor. There were strange dogs running around the hotel grounds, this happened daily, so apparently it's normal. From my point of view it is wrong.

I communicate with the hotel about an early checker in and it was granted upon arrival, I requested to have foam pillows and same was placed in the suite, I was really impressed. Checked in was done by Fernando very well mannered gentleman, Cedric accompany me to my Suite and gave me all the full Suite orientation. Krishen I think he is the head Concierge help to print some private documents. Megan and lovish at the front desk help me during my stay.

Well Suite need some attention, big stain on the curtain and some hole, dusty on the top of the cabinet, for a 5 star hotel, the linen really need big time attention. Went to the bar nobody greet I stood In front few of the staff still no acknowledgment, i went to take a table, I reach there at 3:28 pm and I got the order take at 3:58 pm. I do understand creole please informed your staff do not argue in front of the guest, that’s really bad impression for your establishment. Went for breakfast same happening about the argument between 2 staff, I believe the hotel can coach them.

Oure 3 bedroom villa was amaxzng - spacious and well appointed with its own kitchen, terrace and pool. The Villa host Jit and his colleague Kevin the Villas manager went above and beyond what was expected to ensure we had everything we needed for lovely family celebration . Lovely pools, spa, food and a great choice of activities included.

We found the restaurants a little pricey by Mauritius standards. Quite a few biting insects when we were there. Communication with the property before we arrived was difficult and it was slow to get a reply but was excellent, once we arrived.

A couple of staff are difficult. Like we didn’t get a towel card as the staff member had run out. The next day we got a mini telling off for not having cards. Restaurants are a pain if you don’t book as soon as you arrive, as they say they are fully booked, which is silly as when you are in them they are half full throughout the night. Makes for a very frustrating conversation with the restaurant reservations guy who’s only answer is to get the buffet. I assume people just don’t turn up, but then why not try to let people go if someone doesn’t show up, rather than continually trying to send people to the oasis buffet.
