The room was very nice and clean, I loved the river view. A lots of activities for kids and really nice pool.

We ordered room service and it took forever to recive our order.

Excellent facilities. Great vegetarian options in breakfast and dinner. Lively hotel and ambience. Courteous and polite front desk staff. In particular I would like to thank Karuna, Parvesh and Shreeya - the front desk personnel - for their help and advice.

I have provided my suggestions and recommendations to the hotel which is to set up an in-house travel desk which is not existent at the moment. Having an in-house travel desk would mean guests will have the option to explore and book tour packages at competitive rates without having the need to depend on external service provides.

The hotel had a really great and fun vibe at the pool - nice and tasteful music playing, and the pool bar was really fun and something we've not seen at other hotels in Mauritius yet. The family room had a great setup- we especially enjoyed the little sitting area, shower and bath setup, and the kids lived the bunk beds. The room was decorated very tastefully and overall the room was very quiet. We were situated at the far end of the hotel, so we found the room to be extremely quiet, but in addition, I do suspect the sliding doors leading out to the balcony are soundproof too, which added to the appeal of the room. It was very convenient to be able to order room service all day, as our kids are always hungry! We also loved how much shade there was around the pool all day, facilitated by a combination of strategically placed umbrellas and day beds, as well as plenty of tall trees. The kids club was probably also the most entertaining kids club we've encountered in Mauritius - and the fact that it had such a large indoor area (with aircon!) and a variety of activities for toddlers, made it a very fun hangout place for the kids. We will definitely consider coming back for another 2-night stay.

My husband didn't enjoy how soft the bed was, but I think the mattress topper could easily be removed. The alcoholic drinks were great, but food was OK- not bad, but probably only a 6 or 7 / 10. It was a bit annoying that we could only start swimming after 9 each day - as the kids were already up by 6am every morning!!

Brand new hotel so everything was in excellent condition and very clean and neat. The beds were the most comfortable that I have ever slept on in my life - this is not an exaggeration. Abundance of activities and kids club where your young kids can be looked after and occupied everyday with different activities

Pool closing at 7pm each night, the point of holidaying is to swim into the night if you want to, especially because the weather was blistering hot and humid. Cocktails ordered being served in normal tumbler type glasses, and for that price you expect it to look better. More clarity on what is covered and what is not covered upon arrival will help to quash future confusion e.g. n a half board package.

The resort and facilities were good

The breakfast menu is the same the 7 days we stayed there ... There was too many flies in the food counter/ buffet area.. though the room services cleaned the room they did not restock the complimentary items including water .. we had to call and ask multiple times.. used milk & sugar sachets were kept back with the unused ones ..

The Location was adequate for our purpose. Breakfast was good. Wide variety. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the service was excellent. When we asked for something, you got it almost immediately.

The Australian beef was not something we enjoyed. I do not recommend this as a vacation location for older kids or teens. Perfect for business trips and couples. The room service menu is a bit limited.

Well prepared and good variety

I suggest that the hotel be flexible with guests who depart for their destinations early in the morning by giving them breakfast in their rooms instead of packed breakfast as some clients may not prefer this option. Alternatively cash could be given in lieu of the missed breakfast as payment for accommodation includes breakfast.

We received a warm welcome, room was very clean and spacious. Food was good. Entertainment was lovely...the group was very professional.

Dinner at the restaurant was good but at some point food was cold. Unfortunately, we didn't get a late check out as we expected. Check out time is 11:00 too early.

I recently had a wonderful stay for my birthday in the hotel.The staff, especially Mrs. Navina and Mr. Muzameer, provided exceptional service at the receptionist. The waiters were also very kind and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Breakfast and Dinner were Amazing. Staff very Welcoming and Friendly. Room was very cosy and the terrace view was Breathtaking. Watching the Sunset from the Beachfront was cherry on the cake for our Honeymoon…

The cocktails. Alcohol taste was too strong.
