Excellent value for price. Easy parking, great location-walked everywhere. Good selections for breakfast which was included in the price of the room. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

No refridgerator or coffee maker in the room. No television channels in English. Elevators are really small but clean. Can hear a lot of hall noise in the room. The rooftop pool seemed dirty compared to the beautiful beaches in the area.

Fairly clean, the breakfast is simple but quite good, the location is very convenient.

I book the meeting room and they gave it to another guest. Also the pool is a freezer.

staff is limited to resolve customers needs, like room to room calls are not allowed, if you miss putting the tag in the door they will not clean the room; very strict in the check-in time for early show customers,.

The breakfast was excellent. Couldn’t have done better at a restaurant. Had 2 choices of times 7:00 and 11:00 more flexibility than most! 10 min walk to the beach

the pool has a very nice view. The breakfast was so delicious and the room was clean and comfortable. Everything was close, the beach restaurants and souvenir shops.

A bit pricy compared to other cities I have travelled to. The room is small and there is no fridge.

Good breakfast spread. Walkable to malecón. Easy parking. Nice view of bay from rooms and from rooftop pool.

The elevators are really slow and small, but concierge helpfully warned us and told us about the stairs (which we used several times). A lower floor might make things easier.
