Olivia and John Paul were wonderful hosts and I can’t say enough about their warm and welcoming hospitality. Communication was easy and stress-free from start to finish. The property is located on a quiet street that is within easy driving distance of The Malecon. The house and property are beautiful and well kept, with a sparkling pool and shaded terrace. The rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and cooked to order. It’s a lovely place to use as a base to explore La Paz and area and all it has to offer-we couldn’t have been happier with our stay.

A few more coffee packets in the room for us early-risers would be great.

The place itself is very nice .small just a few rooms I believe 3 rooms .breakfast was included and always very nice .The staff was really nice too....if you have a car yiu can reserve a spot in the garage they will provide a remote garage opener for the duration of your stay..The location is in a very nice residential area .Although the place itself is very quiet , there are some dogs across the street that start barking very early morning .like 6 am..So just be aware of that.. This is not the fault of the Posada of course as they have no control over other people pets behavior.. Over all we enjoyed our stay ....

I had the most wonderful time staying here, so much so, I returned to La Paz to stay more nights. The property is a beautifully safe environment with a gorgeous pool area and comfortable rooms. I loved the warm atmosphere created by the hosts and the breakfasts they served every morning in the main house. They are easy communicators who will do what they can to make your stay fantastic. I am a solo traveller and felt at home with this generous family. In short, I loved everything.

There was nothing i didn't like - but it's worth noting that the property is not in the centre. I enjoyed this aspect and had no problem getting around without a car. I loved this wide open street and the neighbourhood.

Lovely owners who went above and beyond to ensure we had whatever we needed during our stay, thank you so much. The property was beautiful, with well maintained gardens, courtyard and a massive pool. There are only a couple of rooms so it was very quiet and peaceful. Bed was very comfortable, air con worked well, and there was great shower pressure. It felt very secure.

It is a little further out of town - I knew this when I booked, but just in hindsight I think I'd prefer to be somewhere a little more walkable to restaurants and bars. The room we booked was downstairs and had very limited natural light. There was a small adjoining kitchenette which I didn't anticipate, but I was informed that nothing aside from the fridge worked.

The hosts John Paul and his wife went above and beyond! Breakfast was tasty and accommodating! Left a piece of jewelry and John Paul went out of his way to try and get it to me before we left Mexico.

Jon Paul was an amazing host! This place was amazing and tranquil. Close to everything and I really can't wait to come back.

JP and Pora were so nice and so helpful. The suite was very clean and comfortable, each morning as we eat at breakfast they would ask whether you require the room to be cleaned or fresh towels ( provided extra beach towels for our adventures) It's a very relaxed environment and only a very short and cheap 'Indrive" into Malecon. Hummingbirds, Parrots and woodpeckers keep you entertained poolside. Thank you for your hospitality.

Our stay was exceptional. The room was very large, comfortable and beautifully decorated. There were choices for breakfast and it was delicious. The owner’s son was extremely helpful providing good recommendations for where to eat and activities. The house is a little ways out of the downtown area if you don’t have a car, but the owner’s son arranged a taxi for us when needed~ both to take us where we wanted to go and bring us back. I highly recommend La Posada del Tepeyac.

Large, colourfully decorated room overlooking pool in small guesthouse. Very peaceful and relaxing with extremely welcoming and helpful hosts. Delicous homemade breakfast was served on the patio, and we were given many restaurant and tour recommendations.

Nothing. But be aware that the guesthouse is not in the centre of town, so it's a 20 minute walk or cheap uber to get there. The walk is pleasant and safe, but the pavements are very uneven.

The place is authentic, quiet, comfortable. The swimming pool is clean, in mid shadow, and at perfect temperature to swim. Good wifi, good TV. The breakfast is delicious and you can choose from various options, a real meal. The location is a bit remote, but supersafe, right next to a smooth little beach where local people go, and from where you can admire gorgeous sunsets. Supermarket at walking distance; center and malecon a 5 minutes/80 pesos uber drive. If you want a place to chill out you can hardly find better, this posada has it all. Special plus is that the rooms stay fresh, and the beds are extra quality and comfort. I'm travelling with some back pain and the beds + the swimming pool were just perfect for me. Or if you wanna treat yourself after some days camping in the wild.. just go for it! Many thanks John for all the help, advice and good vibes, all the best, see you again next year :)
