It's a basic hotel, clean rooms clean comfortable beds. It is about 5 min drive to the beach front and town center. Many restaurants and coffee shops are next to hotel. And 3 banks and ATMs across the street.

Good price. Great location and parking. Clean modern place. Quiet. A little Spartan on amenities. No refrigerator, microwave, or coffee maker in the room. No hand or wash towels. No vending machines or coffee on site. .

The location is right in front of Soriana supermarket and a PizzaHut. It’s close to the Malecón and just blocks away from the Transpeninsular highway

The shower and the wifi service which was always intermittent

We got caught in a hurricane, the hotel doesn't have food, power backup or anything to assist in this situation even though is a city that sufferers from hurricanes a lot.

Room 404 ...nice view from the window on the sunset side. Good bedding and pillows. TV with international channels. Very good Wi-Fi. Really quiet room on the backside of the street. Spacious. Fast elevator. Nice camarista.

Poor lighting in the bathroom. Water pressure and temperature in the shower fluctuate a lot....very tricky, also a weird elevated plastic cubicle with sliding doors as a shower doesn't fit appropriate for a quite nice room.
