The location was private and there was security and you parked behind a gate that was manned 24 hours. The breakfast was excellent. the room was very comfortable with an beautiful view and upstairs there was a beautiful palapa that had a full kitchen with every appliance you could ever want. It was great. The staff was very helpful and friendly. we had the suite

I think the only thing bad I could say about it is that the property behind them had a dog and at night it would bark all the time and it would get other dogs barking as well. That was the only bad thing.

Everything was excellent. The room had a lot of space, with a nice bathroom and a small balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful. The whole place felt cozy and nice. The hotel beach was really peaceful.

Nothing major here. There was no TV (to keep the kids entertained). The breakfast was really simple, but you can complement it by bringing your own food.

Breakfast was excellent as was the wait staff. The receptionists were really friendly and helpful. It is a little isolated but that is what makes it quiet.

The hotel was mostly quiet except for staff talking on their walkie talkies late or early waking us up which could be avoided.

Breakfast was excellent. The staff were so attentive, helpful and friendly. The suite was lovely. Staff arranged a taxi for us to the marina and back.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable for us. We would have liked to be closer to restaurants although the one at the hotel, The Bahia, was very, very good. However, the restaurant closed by 4p so we couldn’t have dinner there.

It’s just beautiful and the private beach and property spaces to lounge and relax are lovely and felt so safe and peaceful.

Most of the restaurant staff was very nice but one lady gave us attitude when we asked for change which was off putting and rude. The rest of the staff was A+!

Property def needs a pool as La Paz gets hot and nearby beach waters are port waters. Wish restaurants workers wouldn’t chat up my GF for so long every Am while ignoring me :-)

The location of Marea La Paz is well off the beaten path, but so worth it. It's out of the hustle of La Paz proper and within walking distance to an excellent local restaurant that we enjoyed several times. The grounds are lovely. Artistic, inviting, very well-maintained and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing; the selections were wonderful and all of the staff were friendly and very professional. We thought the value was very good for such a lovely little gem of a hotel.

Perfect little gem, right on the water with a cute beach. Staff were amazing and went out of their way to arrange tours and dinners for us. Daily breakfast included at on site restaurant. Laundry on site. Large closets. Daily cleaning service. Huge open stocked kitchen on the 3rd floor, dining and hanging out area where birdwatching can become mesmerizing. L'occitane soaps and gourmet coffee in room. Can't say enough about this boutique hotel.

The hotel is everything we wanted and more. It has a private beach perfect for the kids. The room was big and spacious. We will definitely come back for our next trip .

The food is not very good but there are good restaurants near by so it was not a big problem

The restaurant only opens until lunch. There is no pool at the hotel. There was no one at the hotel when we were there, we were the only room occupied. Maybe the hotel should lower their daily rates to attract more clients.
