Location was amazing just a couple blocks from everything. Easy check-in, communication with host was excellent. Bed mattress very comfortable, everything was very clean, bed linens, towels and bathroom. Giant tv with availability for various streaming channels. A.C. very cold which is great. Very cool building. Got there a few hours before check-in which is at 3pm and host was very accommodating and let us in early.

There is a door stopper in the room that if you don't pay attention you will stub your foot. We put the trash can right by it to remind us where its at. Would have loved a bigger bed, full size mattress for 2 people is small.

Location was great, close to great restaurants and the central plaza (Jardín Velasco). The building is beautiful and the room was very spacious.

I wish they'd sent me the details about how to check in a little earlier. I got an email the day I traveled and I wasn't able to see it until I had wifi. I also thought it was a little odd that some rooms had no water bottles or pitchers. If you have a car, you'll have to park it on the street and sometimes it's difficult to find a spot.

The location was perfect. Ana Luisa Mondragon was a tremendous asset. She gave us excellent recommendations, and she took care of our needs as soon as we expressed them. She made our stay very pleasant. We are already talking about coming back in March.

The shower drain was clogged when we first tried it. The drinking water bottle was empty when we moved in. The freezer section of the refrigerator needed de-frosting. Ana Luisa took care of everything.

The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable and well equipped. Close to the malecon and good places to eat.

The hotel in a sense is in a good spot right in the heart of all the action and very good places to eat a few feet away. So it depends on why you’re in la Paz. The noise was the bad part. A lot of construction going on during the week and on the weekends the bars and people making lots of noise.

The location was amazing - next to a lovely square and close to all main areas. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, and the room was cleaned up every day. I also liked the unique character of the hotel - it felt more like an old traditionl villa, and the artwork downstairs was beautiful.

Nothing really

Beautifully decorated and fitted apartment. Comfortable bed, spotless shower and useful kitchen area with high quality equipment and utensils. Location was excellent, right next to Jardín Velasco , off 5 de Mayo. Five minutes walk from the Malecon. Staff were very helpful, arranging early check in.

Lack of clothes storage and no clothes washing machine or facilities.

Nice rooms, beautiful building, very well located

There was a LOT of noise. Maybe because it was a Friday but I could barely sleep. It seems there's a lot of bars or clubs in the vicinity as it was until the early morning. My brother had a room to the street and he said it was even worse because of the cars and their sound system.

Great, walkable location that is close to the boardwalk/malecón and many restaurants. It is a beautiful building filled with art and charm.

Staff was a little slower to respond than I'd hoped, but we were eventually able to resolve the issue on our own.

How close it was to the Malecon. We booked it last minute on a Sunday as our Air BnB property wasn’t up to scratch and they replied in a timely fashion so we were able to go straight into our reservation

Nothing

Located in the modern, artsy neighborhood, near all the best restaurants. Yes, the malecon is nice (and it is nearby), but this is the cool part of town. We stayed in the suite, and it was wonderful and filled with light.
