Casa al Mar is a beautiful property that is located right across the street from the malecón. There are several surrounding restaurants, shops, and bars to choose from. The suites are amazing, with amenities such as a refrigerator, toaster oven and stove in case you want to stay in. The staff is friendly and always available if something is needed.

Can’t say anything was unlikable

Room was very big and comfortable, staff is very kind (a part that gave us local suggestions to go to Balandra beach, time, etc). Hotel has towels for the beach, which is very convenience. Hotel is charming and new.

The shower in the bathroom is low, we are not extremely tall and we still couldn't fit under the shower. The shower is only half full cover with glass (box), it wets part of the bathroom. The towels for the faze were small small, suggest to provide bigger ones. Was noise during night on Saturday was the street was crowded with people at the street.

Nice place right in the thick of the action. They have rooms that are in the courtyard, they don't have a view but if you step out the hotel you are right in the thick of the action. There's some rooms overlooking the malecon but those would get very very noisy. We were happy the people were nice. it's a great Boutique Hotel and their restaurant next door had an excellent included breakfast

The rooms are a little funky, everything's made out of concrete. There's no railings on the stairs so be careful especially at night.

Right on the malecon but surprisingly quiet and a short walk to great dining, ocean views and shops. The room was actually like a condo with 3 floors with amazing decor and architecture with an outdoor sitting area. The staff was fabulous and helpful. Breakfast included at the restaurant next door with delicious meals and friendly staff

The shower stall didn’t prevent water from getting everywhere and we felt bad the cleanup was probably challenging.

What an amazing place! I'll just get straight to it: The rooms are so modern, clean and nicely remodeled, the location is incredible, and the staff is SOOO friendly and helpful (and I was kinda crushing on on of the girls there 😅). Anyways, just such a great place to stay. They could charge even more and I would still go there. They have music playing in the courtyard that we all loved. Mix of like modern electronic sort of vibe. Loved it. The place is very secure as well. They lock the front gate at night and you have a key of your own for your own room as well as the front gate just in case you stay out late. We were out till 2am on a couple nights so I'm glad we had that main gate key haha. The area is very safe, just in case anyone is wondering. La Paz is just full of happy friendly people. The drivers are so polite and always stop to let you cross even if you aren't in a cross walk. I legitimately might move to La Paz lol. I loved our stay there so much.

I wish I had some constructive feedback, but the truth is there was nothing wrong with our stay. Everything here was absolutely perfect.

Clean,comfortable and beautiful facility. The location is perfect with basically everything within a walkable distance. Our room was perfect for my family of three. Tv was a smart tv. We were able to play youtube while we got ready and watch netflix when we unwinded. We had a beautiful view of the beach and beachwalk. We had breakfast included at the restaurant next door which was great.

Our room was right in front of the beach walk. There is a lot of noise in the weekend. We didnt mind but it something people should be aware about.

Breakfast was excellent - guests have an allocated amount to spend at the restaurant next door. Wide variety of choices including various drink options. Location is excellent - right on the Malecon and walking distance to many restaurants, stores, and cafes. Room was very comfortable, clean and had lots of room.

The only issue we had was the hot water didn't last long when showering. Otherwise, no issues with the room!

Loved our sea view on the Malecon, lovely large bedroom, comfortable bed. We had issues with the room but the staff were wonderful and took care of us. The restaurant next door for breakfast included, was so delicious and staff were fantastic.

The kitchen did not have a microwave, small 2 burner stove. The bathroom needs attending too, new shower tiles would help.

First impression, I was definitely impressed. The lobby and our suite was cute. Master bedroom had a king size bed. The 2nd bedroom had two twin size beds. There's a fridge, stove, and kitchen utensils available for use. I also like the fact that this was a smaller boutique hotel. In addition, the front desk staff service was excellent. They assisted me with tons of questions that I had, etc. Super helpful. The location was perfect. Right across the street from the main boardwalk and close to many eateries and local shops. I love the restaurant next door and had breakfast there a few times.

Things that I wasn't fond of or need improvement: When we checked in, we were asked how many people are staying and I mentioned 4 ppl total. There is an extra fee per person per day. Just keep that in mind if you have a 2 bedroom suite and more than 2 ppl are staying. Also, I actually asked for cleaning service and didn't get it right away. Either we were forgotten about or who knows. Finally, the third day we got someone to take trash, and take the old towels.

Great location - right on the Malecon. Restaurants very convenient. The restaurant next door is amazing. If you go - you must try the Short Ribs. In the Tacos OR the Short Rib plate - the Chef is amazing! Modern - yet, charming. Rooms are very generous size. Very comfortable

We liked everything! Well, having some paper towels in the kitchen would be handy.
