Casa Satoshi really felt like a home away from home, despite only being open a couple of weeks, the owners, Jordan & Foued have managed to turn this place into somewhere that’s hard to leave- the people they attract and the energy they create here is incredible. All the volunteers were super friendly, welcoming and helpful with any needs you might have. I’m very grateful for the time I spent here & hope to come back and visit some day. :) I love the pod style of dorms- you can have a decent level of privacy and space for your belongings. lockers too were a plus. the kitchen was a great facility and the volunteers were always on top of it keeping it clean & tidy. the rooftop is a major plus for this place & honestly should be a game changer for anyone booking a hostel in San Cris.

it’s hard to say a bad thing about Casa Satoshi. One of the things I liked the most was how recently Satoshi is up and running and how much they’re working everyday to make improvements and figure out what works. I would say it’s important to have some respect and patience for the owners & volunteers as they’re still making improvements so if you’re someone with high demands, maybe it’s not the place for you.

Best hostel I've ever been to. Amazing people, epic vision, great staff. The rooftop terrace is perfect for chilling and talking with other guests. Super central location and easily walkable. You can pay or get change in BTC but it's not necessary. They sell snacks and drinks, run game nights, play football, have DJs sometimes on the roof, and lots more activities. The pods are also private and cosy with chargers, lights, a little shelf and a curtain. Couldn't recommend this place enough.

The atmosphere in this hostel is amazing! Very easy to socialize with volunteers and guests. Everyone is super welcoming and helpful! The pods are very comfortable, and the space itself is cozy and feels like home! Some part of the hostel are still 'under construction', the team is working hard to complete everything in the best way.

Great spot, fantastic staff with very sociable environment and clean kitchen at all times because the guests care more than other hostels. Super cool rooftop ...no complaints at all . Superb stay with good privacy in the shared dorms that dont house too many people.

This comes my imagination of a perfect hostel very close. Kitchen and nice living room. Familiar atmosphere. Cosy beds with courtains and privacy. Nice roof top terrace to put the cherry on the cake. One of my Top 3 hostels i have visited so far. Much love to you!

A really nice hostel and one which actually lives up to the cliche of a home from home. The dorms have individual cubicles in with a light, electric socket, shelf and curtain so there is a fair degree of privacy. The staff, volunteers and other guests were really cool and people actually do talk to each other. There are events organised most days, I particularly enjoyed the quiz night which was a great ice-breaker. The price is astoundingly good value for the comfortable and relatively private dorm bed, and to have a breakfast (basic, but at this price it would be churlish to complain) included too is a nice extra.

Nothing was really bad. One of the bathrooms seemed to have a blocked sink for a few days but this wasn't a big deal.

Nice rooms, comfy beds, perfect kitchen and super terrace. Really friendly staff.

The place was totally worthy for what I paid. Nothing to complaint.
