Beautiful hotel with stunning outside area, and excellent on-site restaurant. There were nice little touches such as hot chocolate and biscuits on arrival and chocolates the night before departure. Excellent coffee in the room, too. Small gym for exercising. The staff were super friendly.

The wifi needs to be better especially for people on business trips. The garden seating could be cleaned more frequently for guests who want to sit outside.

The staff is by far some of the best! I travel often and more places should be lucky enough to have people like this working with them. The manager Anna went out of her way to meet us and make sure we were happy throughout our stay. Beautiful property with amazing service and smiles! I will definitely be back! Also the food in the hotel is delicious and Hotel Bo has amazing charm.

Amazing restaurant, decor and bar. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and service was first rate. Everyone who worked there made sure I was so well taken care of and comfortable.

This is a beautiful little hotel with friendly staff. The facilities were really clean and the location was great for exploring San Cristobal a little.

- Great location in the old town. - New and very tastefully decorated hotel.

- Room is a bit dark. - WIFI is al terrible that I switched to using data roaming. This really is not ok for a hotel in this price class.

there were some kids screaming outside the 2 nights we stay. other guests went out to ask them to be silence. and continúe. we ask to the front desk and their answer was that they were also guests. but it was 11:30 pm. and the hotel and destination it’s for rest and desconect from the city.

We LOVED EVERYTHING!!! we travel a lot but this was by far one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in plus all of the staff are AMAZING!!!!! Will for sure stay at Hotel Bo again next year and recommend anyone looking to relax and to be well taken care of to stay here too.
