Staff were very friendly and accommodating to our requests. They changed our room at short notice to ensure it was nice and comfortable for us (two separate beds) for no extra charge. They also stored our bags for us after check out, for our later bus journey, which was appreciated.

The common room areas were very limited, there wasnt much comfortable space to sit in outside of your room (i.e. We weren't inspired to sit and relax in it, as there was one small space by reception)

The staff was super helpful, and the facilities excellent. Welived that there was a foozeball table and we definitely played!

We stayed few hours before the departure of our Ado bus at night. Room is small but clean. For two people for more than few days could be a problem.

The bathroom is very small.

Comfy bed - refillable water - clean room and bathroom - warm water for shower - WiFi is ok Perfect place to recharge batteries and get a good sleep Location is also only 5 ish minutes walk from the centre which is great

The location is exactly where I like to stay in San Cris.

As a critique, it’s a nice clean place with comfortable beds and a very busy cleaning staff. They always seem to be around. I plan on coming back. So I can’t complain about the Luna Dulce.

In San Cristobal nights are cold but there is no heater in the room. It's a bit basic but good for the price.
