The room was more than I expected. It's rated a two star hotel, but could easily be a three. The breakfast was very good, with several choices available. The location was 5 minutes away from the main street of the city. The AC (always important for me when the temperature gets over 100 degrees Fahrenheit) was super. The staff couldn't understand my truly awful Spanish but they were professional enough to help me, including with phone translation. They had a tour of the Canon Sumidero, (as well as other tours) which I booked right away. I had a good time there.

The room was clean with a comfortable bed, great AC, and a good sized bathroom. The staff were helpful and were in communication with us about our late arrival. The breakfast was quite nice. This made it great value for money. The hotel also offers tours to nearby attractions, but in the end, we found it cheaper to do some activities from San Cristobol de las Casas.

Comfortable, clean and quiet room. Amazing staff, helpful in every aspect (tours, restaurants etc). Great breakfast included with stay. Good location if staying in Centro area.

Everything was great for us. No complaints, only praise. Exactly as advertised. Great place to stay in Centro for night we laid over to see Sumadero Canyon and on our way to San Cristobal. The tour company the provide was amazing also.

The breakfast was great and the staff at the front office and some of the waiters from the kitchen were really nice, also the guard Martin was very helpful and friendly.

One of the waiters from the kitchen was not very nice and did not explain the menu.

There was a step in the room that is very high, I personally believe it needed a handrail. One of those things you have to remain aware of or you can hurt yourself. The staff was helpful expecially when booking a service to take me to the Tuxtla airport.

The hotel is spotlessly clean and in a good location, breakfast was a bonus, staff was very nice. Room size was ok.

In the bathroom, there is a hole in the little step in the shower. After taking shower, the whole bathroom was completely flooded, one has to stuff the hole with something and block the water from entering the rest of the bathroom.

The room was well air-conditioned. It felt like glory everytime we returned to our room after the long hot days of exploring. The restaurant at the hotel serves delicious food. The staff was attentive and friendly. Location was perfect as we were walking distance almost everything of our interest.

There was no hot water to shower with. We left it running for a few minutes and never felt the hot water. Eventually our showered were cold and quick.

Rooms are just a touch small, breakfast was wonderful, location convenient to the town .center

Great location right in the middle of town center lots of shops around and places to eat and they do offer a free and safe parking lot. Staff was great and helpful room was very clean and cozy. The hotel has a restaurant inside the property and offer one free meal per day you choose between 4 different times they serve and food was delicious you also have the choice to buy other food options besides the free meals. We would definitely stay here again if we visit some time in the future

Great breakfast, comfy bed, extremely clean. Quiet hotel.

The hot water took time to come out, and the parking is not directly at the hotel but the hotel staff helped me get the car there and I felt safe.
