I arrived late after midnight but the check-in process was really smooth. I appreciate the front desk staff stayed up till late for my check-in. The room is spacious and spotless clean! I did not drive but my room has a parking lot outside as well. The only minor issue is the AC is a little loud. Staff are really friendly & helpful to me (non-Spanish speakers), I really appreciate! Bus Terminus is not far from the hotel location.

The hotel is located on the slope away from the main street in which is a bit difficult to get taxi when needed.

The owner and her staff were absolutely amazing. Such beautiful and warm people. I highly recommend a stay there just to meet them. For being in the middle of a large city it certainly was Serene and peaceful in the compound. All the plants that have been tended to carefully sure brings a beautiful environment.

Not having a key to the compound. Keyless entry would be a great addition.
