Very comfortable hotel, close to the downtown and the museum of history and botanical garden. The room was big and lovely. the staff super nice.

Even though is only a few blocks from the downtown, the streets get a little lonely at night, for a woman traveling alone this detail was a bit inconvenient.

Nice small hotel, very clean and comfortable. The restaurant they have is good also to get a quick bite and coffee. Staff was helpful and welcoming both at the hotel and the restaurant.

The staff, the bed, the balcony, the location, overall was nice. We ask for an extra blanket and was no problem to get it. The breakfast was good.

No elevator wich is fine but I didn't notice while making the resevation and my dad is a bit old and nobody helps with the bags. It will be nice to have plugs near the beds. The door's lock was a little loose

Two of our flights were delayed due to inclement weather and within five minutes of getting into the room at midnight - admittedly a late hour - the guest on the room downstairs came knocking complaining about noise, which was apparently due to "paper-thin" walls. We finished unpacking and showering in whispers and slept, in a very comfortable bed, until almost noon with no similar issues.

Centrally located in Tuxtla. Fantastic staff (especially Christian), comfortable bed, yummy food, and AC. Highly recommend staying in Tuxtla if you want to visit San Cristobol, Sima de las Cotorras, the waterfall, and Sumidero canyon as it’s easy to access all from here although, Tuxtla doesn’t have much going on beyond being a central spot.

Could use a lamp in the room, but other than that it was great!

Nicely decorated hotel with friendly staff. The only "issue" is, if you're a light-sleeper, you'll be awake all night. The hotel is located in a heavily traffic street. The staff says, the higher the floor the less you hear but, we were all the way to the 3rd floor and could hear every car, taxi, etc. that drove by. Besides that, as said before, the hotel is very clean and nicely decorated.

I loved the balcony! Bright, tiny, well decorated and appointed rooms. Cute boutique style hotel . Great staff. Good location.

The space between bed/wall was so tiny I could barely use my legs to walk by the bed, to get to the balcony. I'd do a military-style bed-roll to get over it. No fridge in room.

Great location near city center, great wifi, nice neighbourhood, rooms were spacious and very clean , great breakfast ! Secure and spacious parking .

The stay was more than OK, very nice staff.
