The location, tight next to a plaza with food court

The room wasn't as clean as it should have on arrival. It probably had been cleaned a few days prior was dusty and had 2 cockroaches. By the rest of the days there the Housekeeper did a good job on refreshing the room and didn't see more insects. I would recommend cleaning the bathroom walls. The pool was closed for the 4 days there. Beds were comfortable. Had a good night's rest. Food was okay . For the price was just right

The staff was always attentive. They tried to help me solve an issue with a plastic chair I needed, though they never could. When I called for the issue in the hall, they immediately solved it, though it never had to happen.

That the hotel doesn't have plastic chairs for people that might need one to take a shower sitting down, I didn't like that I had to call reception to turn on the light of the hall of the floor where I was staying. I had to make my long way to the room, in complete darkness and I use a cane to walk. It was very scary.

They are very nice people, at the front desk. The people from the cleaning service and the people at the restaurant. All of them are very kind!

When I arrived in the lobby there were tourists, from China or Korea that were sleeping on the couches of the lobby! When I came back from my activities they were still there, they stayed in the lobby like the whole day. It was very uncomfortable to see them just sitting and sleeping there. I entered my room like 4 times in the day and they won't even leave!

It was very close to many establishments and the overall place was very clean and organized. I really appreciated the attention on behalf of the staff, especially housekeeping who did an amazing job daily.

It was usually very hot in the restaurant area but it wasn’t much of a problem, more of a personal preference.

The attention I received from the front desk and girls in the dinning room. The location,as it's almost inside a mall where you can find whatever you are looking for.

The room... It was small and dark, the coffee maker was broken, there was not hot water to take a shower

Breakfast was delicious and well served. The room was neat and nice. I asked for an interview Xtra plastic chair to take a shower and it came fast.

It was noisy at night. I couldn't really sleep. The TV ia extremely small and the air conditioning didn't cool the room.

I loved that I was able to check in earlier, The room was spacious with two big beds. The parking fee is paid by hotel ( The building is located on a big plaza with a shopping mall and cinema). The Hotel is centrally located, five minutes walking distance to the bus station. I would absolutely recommend it.

The only thing I didn’t care about is the fact that there was no window in the room, so I couldn’t get fresh air. Other than that it was perfect for what I needed.

The value of the room was good the room was clean and the free breakfast is always is a plus. I needed a hotel close to ADO bus terminal and airport and this hotel was a good option for me 5 min taxi drive to the bus terminal and 15 min taxi drive to the airport

I stay only 2 nights and the Elevator broke down for 12 hrs and I had to go up and down stairs from the 3rd floor. My room was 321 is at one end of the hotel and there is a restaurant close by that has loud music playing and you can hear the boom, boom, boom of the music.

The price is good, the breakfast too. Staff is nice and it was clean.

In my opinion, the pillows were uncomfortable and the water took a long time to get hot. Also, you can hear what's happening in the room next to yours.
