A great couple of days here. The staff were really helpful and helped us out with some important documents that needed copying. The swimming pool was nice. The room was clean, well presented and comfortable. Breakfast was included which was a surprise as it isn’t mentioned and I don’t think everyone knew about it. I asked about it as I’d seen it in another review. It was basic and help yourself but perfectly adequate and much appreciated. Secure parking behind locked gates. There was also an open Netflix account. We don’t watch telly while we’re travelling but as we had a couple of rest days it was a nice way to relax.

I was disappointed that the 'restaurant' was only for breakfast. It should mention in the description that there is only breakfast service. I also booked the 'airport shuttle' for 3:30 am the next morning as I had a very early flight. They do not have a dedicated airport shuttle, only a taxi that they call if someone needs to go to the airport. Even though I had made a shuttle reservation, they called more than 2 taxis in the morning who refused to come. One driver finally agreed but, I was about 40 minutes late...quite stressful.

The shower has great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The bed was comfy. The pool is small but nice to cool off in, making for a nice little oasis in the city. The hotel grounds are pretty and decorated in a mix of modern and mission style architecture and furnishings. The front desk was able to call a reliable taxi to take us to the Tuxtla airport early in the morning.

The staff has to come unlock a gate with a key for you to leave the hotel grounds/building. No one could tell me how that was safe if there was a fire at the hotel. The area doesn't have a lot around it, there are a few restaurants. It was fairly quiet for being in the city.

Super friendly host, free and safe parking in front of the door, breakfast offered for free which we had not counted on, nice veranda to chill in the evening, cosy atmosphere, well decorated. We made the famous boat tour! Great place to stay!

Neat clean. Well kept property and the staff is lovely. They have an amazing (but simple) Meal menu but it works as good as any other. Excellent money value option !

Sometime the pool isn’t ready for go swim. But the staff would gladly prepared everything for us :)

Lovely little oasis in a busy city. Accommodated a very late check in for us. Staff extremely kind and friendly. Room very comfortable. Would stay again.

Liked everything except barking dogs in neighbourhood overnight!!!

Great little hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. They arranged the American breakfast lovingly in the pool bar area in the morning. Great value for money.

When we arrived, we checked in, we were traviling with our pets, they brought them a doggie bed for the room. They were so welcoming, and kind. This was a great stay.

Its a beautiful and very comfortable hotel. The staff is great and so is the breakfast.

The sink plugs very easily and there was only one very small trash can. The internet was a little slow.

The staff were very polite, respectful and helpful. The room had great shower pressure and the air conditioning worked great. I also liked the tables/chairs located outside the rooms and the option to have coffee service.

The only slight inconvenience is the distance to the airport however, the peaceful location more than made up for it.
