I liked the staff at the reception. Very accommodating and helpful. Early check in and helping out with my phone. Plugged phone and tablet in to recharge and gave me direction where to by new cable. Loved the pool! Also loved to have reataurant there. Humberto recommended great Chiapas specialties.

It is an excellent property in the middle of Tuxtla Gutierrez financial center, close to main avenues and offices. The rooms are comfortable, well-illuminated, clean, and quiet. The restaurant is varied and offers local delicacies. The staff is helpful.

I have no inconvenience.

Its location it was clean the staff was friendly

The entrance is hard to get to since it’s on a side street but once you get there it’s good

If we have 3 people in the room they should have 3 towels. They leave only 2 towels for 4 people room . They need to have towels at the pool for the guest all time. We have to wait for towels when we get out from the pool.

The breakfast and the room is beautiful

Room was lovely. Spacious and clean. Staff friendly and the breakfast is ace.

Bit out of town as Hiltons often are but there's a good bar for food nearby. Pool lost the sun around 3pm which was a shame in February but thinking about it is probably a good thing in the hotter months of the year. Would have liked the pool bar to be open.

Friendly employees, clean and spacious, room clean, well furnished, great shower/bathroom and very extensive and delicious breakfast buffet!

It was very clean and the room was very comfy. We only stayed one night and were busy so we didn’t get to use any of the amenities, but the pool looked nice. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The building is a little old looking from outside but it’s very nicely maintained inside.

We loved the cleanliness, the breakfast was great and awesome service. They went out of their way to please us. Francisco and all the waiters that attended us were great

We loved the shower in the room, the location was great and the room was spacious with carpet! we also loved that the room had full length mirrors

we didn’t like that there was no view from the window and the tv didn’t have Netflix.

The overall experience was good, clean, excellent location and the beds are super comfortable.
