I stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a good experience. The location is fine, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The room insulation is not great; you can hear loud noises like flushing from neighboring rooms. Additionally, the air conditioning/heater unit is right by the door, so it makes a loud noise whenever you enter the room because every time it's accidentally bumped into. The hotel is located near other restaurant, and in the evenings, you can hear music. On a positive note, the buffet breakfast had a wide variety with excellent traditional Mexican dishes. The restaurant is open to the public, so it's accessible for outsiders. Unfortunately, on our last day, there was a special event, and we couldn't find a table for breakfast. We had to scramble to another restaurant just before checking out to grab a meal and avoid going hungry at the airport. The restaurant is open for breakfast, brunch, and lunch, but unfortunately, there's no option for dinner or a relaxing evening with a glass of wine. The hotel grounds are quite spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of greenery.

I must highlight my dissatisfaction with the inadequate sound insulation in the rooms, making it possible to hear everything. Additionally, the fact that there was no available space for us in the restaurant on the last day was quite disappointing. We didn't receive any prior information about the possibility of limited breakfast access due to a local event, nor were we advised to arrive earlier.

The facilities were all clean, well kept and they had special look to them. The buildings weren't the typical square, black and gray paint. There was a big green area in the middle, if you enjoy listening to birds or bird watching there are opportunities to enjoy them. The staff what super helpful and kind, My wife and I were in the pool all day and they didn't have a problem if we ordered from apps and have them deliver it directly to the pool. The breakfast was a good experience for those who don't know too much about Mexican Cuisine, at the time of writing this it was $190mxn for guests (around $11usd). They don't have a bar, but there's a convenience store next door and they let you bring in food and /or drinks. The pool was warm enough that our bodies didn't have an "adjusting period." They had enough parking and didn't have problem with that. The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms were super clean with enough water pressure.

We only had one issue, one of my wive's deodorant went missing right after they cleaned our room.

The suites were large and furniture was comfortable. Rooms were clean. The breakfast was delicious. Parking was conveniently near rooms. Grounds were quite nice--tropical plants, and parrots flying overhead. The pools were small but refreshing.

The ladders to enter both pools were slippery and hard on the feet. The area around the pools, was paved in beautiful stone, but also slippery--we would recommend some type of anti-slip strips to prevent accidents. Location is on the west end of the city, making it somewhat distant from zoo, shopping, market, etc. in Tuxtla. It is located near the southern perimeter highway so major central city traffic is avoided if that is the traveler's wish. There are some restaurants and large malls in walking distance to hotel.

The breakfast buffet was great and traditional Chiapaneca food. My room had a garden view. I couldn't hear my neighbors. The A/C is old and probably needs replacing. It rattled. I brought ear plugs, so it's not an issue for me, but I could see it bothering someone else. They don't have a concierge desk to book activities, but they get you in contact with a vendor they use that is reasonably priced. There's a mall, pharmacy, convenience store nearby. There's also a taco stand and Steakhouse if you want a fancy meal.

From 11:30pm- 12:40am there was men yelling, laughing, talking loudly downstairs in courtyard area and by pool. It was a noise disturbance for us who had to be at airport early. We put air conditioner on high to try to drown out noise.

The staf at the hotel was extremely welcoming and helpful. The installations were nice and maintenance was good. The location was very central, just across a big shopping center and close to public transport and taxis. Walking to the center was also doable 40min walk.

The WIFI connection was very weak and there was a big group of guests that took over the swimming pool area and stayed in that until late in the evening during a couple of days. Fortunately I was mostly out during the time the group was at the swimming pool and I could still enjoy the swimming pool in the morning.

Room is very comfortable, I loved both the bed and pillows. Washroom is quite big as well. The restaurant attached to the hotel is amazing, with great food and fair prices. You get a small discount for being a guest. Unfortunately the pool was being fixed. However, the hotel granted us a day pass to other hotel so that my nephew could enjoy a pool. They were very kind and helpful. There is parking inside the installations and the area is very safe. The stay was perfect.

The rooms were so beautiful and clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was so good! We wanted to stay here for 2 nights but ended up staying a week to relax and chill out, I loved it here! It's out of the centre of Tuxtla but everything you need is nearby: stores, mall, restaurants, colectivos, taxis,..

Beautiful landscaping. The restaurant breakfast buffet options were plentiful. Right off the Main Street and close to other food options.

the superior studio room was a little dated. Could hear a lot of noise from the upstairs neighbors.

People are very kind and the food at the restaurant was nice. Even the security staff were very kind and helpful.

I had to ask for some amenities that were supposed to be included in the room. One of the disposable glasses for coffee was leaking when I served my hot drink and It burned my leg.
