I liked the fact that they had a pool. It was clean all the time. They have a restaurant and it was very good and prices were very convenient as well. They have this amaca where you can just lay down and enjoy the panorama the hotel was very Green and clean the location was ideal and the prices were very good overall. There's only one thing you should know. If you stay on the third floor you have to wait like 10 minutes or 15 minutes until the water gets hot.

Adidas like that the first day I wasn't a word of waiting 10 to 15 minutes to get hot water in The shower.

It was centrally located in the downtown area. The King size Bed was very comfortable. The pool was cool, and it was right outside my balcony door, definitely plus. Restaurant staff was efficient, and the breakfast was very good. Hot and cold water perfect. I would stay at Axkan Arte again.

The things I did not like are that the WiFi signal was not strong and the tv signal kept freezing and quitting. Also they were spider webs in the closet and in the shower walls. Also mosquitos in the property.

This place is good for a quick or budget stay. The staff was helpful in accommodating my early morning flight and the pool is really awesome.

The hotel does not actually use their restaurant, so you will have to find food elsewhere and actually finding the hotel is a little misleading.

The location is great. Is near the center of Tuxtla. Also the place has very nice murals.

The staff wasn't too friendly and when we asked for a tact it was not in time, we had a flight to catch. We believe that they didn't ask for it .

The hotel was great for the cost of the room and also very clean and the staff really friendly and helpful at all the time. The swimming pool good size also clean. We were very close to the town to buy fruit or souvenirs, even to eat outside at the restaurant was safe. The hotel restaurant the food very delicious. We just enjoyed our stayed.

Well nothing to complain. All was fine.

Restaurant downstairs didn't seem to be open but we went for a good breakfast at another hotel around the corner.

we loved the pool, the artwork on all the walls, the beautiful foliage throughout, the comfortable beds, balcony and quiet of the hotel. staff were also great!

restaurant was barely functioning while we were there. short staffed perhaps? not sure. There was a bad smell in our bathroom but we brought it up with the manager and he said he’d look into it.

It's clean, well located, and quiet. The art on various walls is lovely. Hot water was good.

I would have given it 10 out of 10, except the shower in my room kept dripping, loudly.

The staff arranged a trip to Cañon Sumidero. Best price and a wonderful experience. They are so helpful.

Pool was a little cool for me. I like pools at least 80 degrees F
