The hotel is located at a mall. The room was large and very clean. My room was located at the end of a corridor, so it was quiet. An elevator ride down takes you to the mall entrance. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is a bit distant from the downtown area, but there are plentiful taxis at this location since it is attached to a mall.

Easy access to the shopping mall’s amenities and restaurants.

Parking is confusing when checking in. The underground parking lot is vast and it was not clear where guests should park to access the elevator to the hotel. Providing instructions or more prominent signage in the parking lot would help. One of the hotel staff also gave me the wrong exit parking ticket so I had to drive back to the elevator, go back up to the front desk and get a new card that allowed me to exit the parking lot. During the stay there was a fire alarm drill around 6am so the entire hotel had to evacuate to the lobby and wait approximately 15 minutes before being back up to rooms.

Great location...! Did not use the restaurant

Check in staff had canceled my reservation arguing my late arrival due to a delayed fly. I ended up paying extra for the same room

Was a wonderful hotel only thing is some times no hot water and staff got confused when we ordered ice they took to wrong room

liked the closeness to the mall, beautiful rooms with amazing views! the allowed us early check in after a long bus ride and upgraded our room, clean and very welcoming

when you enter the main lobby the cab service people sometimes come a little to strong offering tours and transportation

Only one small bottle of water in the room for 2 guests? Spend the extra 15 pesos and provide a reasonable supply of fresh water.
