The expression bus shuttle from hotel to airport usually means that the transportation is free. Perhaps change the work in English from shuttle to taxi reservations. I could not charge my cell phone July 25-26 due to low electricity source when generator used jul 26 am due to electricity shutdown and storm warnings. Reception did not come to my #203 room door at 3:15am sat July 26 as agreed around 9pm fri July 25 in case my cell phone was uncharged. I had a taxi waiting to go to he airport at 3:30. Luckily I woke up in time and went down at 3:35am. The front door gate was locked from the inside. The desk agents opened for me. All worked out. Thanks.

Great place with beautiful grounds, helpful staff, breakfast, and comfortable rooms. Short walk to the center of Corzo, but far enough away to be quiet. I've stayed here a few times now. Will be back again.

No complaints on my room. A few friends had trouble with their hot water, but mine was fine. Parking is limited, but they always made room.

The hotel had a beautiful courtyard garden area. Our room was clean, and had everything we needed. We were able to walk to all the places we wanted to go, so were able to leave our car in their parking area the whole time.

We didn’t have hot water in our shower. I know that’s not unusual for a place that’s so warm and humid, but I’m very accustomed to a hot shower. However, it was not so cold that we couldn’t shower.

My room was simple, spotless, a great value, and comfortable. The showstopper was the garden though! So lush and green with beautiful flowers. I liked that there was a restaurant on the property that served breakfast and stayed open until 3:00 pm. There were two cats who hung out by the pool and one kept me company one afternoon. The staff was friendly, and the location was great.

The water pressure could've been better, but the water was hot.

They have a beautiful inner patio with a lot of different plants. We loved the atmosphere created by them. The rooms were nicely decorated. The personnel in the hotel was very attentive. The hotel was within walking distance from the city center.

One of the rooms assigned to our group had white light. In my very personal opinion, this kind of light is terrible for a relaxing atmosphere, as expected in a hotel. Given the type of construction and materials used for the windows. Some of the noises from the shared hotel areas can be heard in the room. This might be annoying for some light sleepers.

I believe this is the best place to stay in Chiapa de Corzo. The garden is exquisite, and together with the surrounding buildings, it creates a nice and cozy atmosphere within the complex. The lady at the front desk was very helpful in arranging a taxi to pick us up at night! Additionally, this location is ideal for visiting the Canyon of Sumidero, as the boat landing pier is just a few minutes away on foot.

Lovely pool for cooling off on a hot day. Beautiful gardens and property. Friendly cat. Staff were very helpful when I got bitten by a street dog and needed to find a hospital - they arranged taxis for me and called the hospitals. No one speaks English so you'll need some Spanish or a translation app on your phone.

The room lighting was depressing, and the room was dark. Not very nice to spend time in. Take mosquito repellent for the common areas - lots of mosquitoes.

I loved how beautiful this hotel was. They have amazing internal gardens and the place felt magical. The room was just like the photos and was quite clean. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We had breakfast at the hotel's restaurant and were happy with the quality and prices of the food.

The water in the room was not very hot, it was slightly warm at best. However, I could disregard it as there were a lot more positive things to take into account.

The inner tropical garden and the layout of the rooms were very nice. Also the location was perfect. And the pool clean.

When you openend the window it was a bit smelly at the back of the hotel from the river behind it and sometimes a bit noisy from the traffic. They gave us a different room for the second night, and the smell was a bit better. When you like to sleep with airco, I don't think you will have a problem with this. The double beds were a bit tight and food was ok-ish, just like in the rest of the town.

Hotel courtyard garden was lovely. The staff were helpful and despite our lack of Spanish always did their best to help us . We’d read reviews which said breakfast was a buffet and pretty poor. We stayed in December and breakfast was a la carte and it was fabulous!

No complaints, simple hotel in a small town- good access to Sumidoro Canyon - you can walk to both boat piers from here.
