The hotel was awesome! Was kinda tucked away in an industrial looking neighborhood, but don't let that fool you, inside the place was great, my hotel room was bigger than most apartments in Los Angeles lol , had a living room, separate bedroom, and huge bathroom, I was pleasantly surprised, nice bed, nice shower, and very clean, they had what seemed like a nice restaurant but I didn't eat there bcuz I was eating out every day, the hotel is centrally located and close to all, I would definitely stay again, and would recommend to anyone planning on visiting the beautiful city of durango Mexico

Staff was amazing, food delicious, rooms so spacious and the beds, oh the beds! They're so comfy and the pillows so fluffy! I just loved my stay so much that I wouldn't have anything else to say than "perfection from front desk to goodbye!"

we didn't notice much shopping like pharmacy or oxxo or alternative places to eat.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The maids did an excellent job every day in tidying up the room.

They state an American breakfast but it was not. The food was below average. Fruit was mushy and the orange juice didn’t taste right. Seemed watered down with extra sugar.

Durango is a beautiful city! The property has an on site restaurant and parking perfect for a one night stay. There is also a guard walking the area so one feels safe. The manager is welcoming and attentive.

We were given room 119, very noisy, as it is by the passage way to the plaza. Guests are very loud and there are no quiet times assigned so people arriving past 11pm or leaving super early are very noisy, very rude. Perhaps the property should have signs since the walls of hotel are very thin.
