Very friendly staff, very good location in the city center, in a very walkable area. The room I was in was very good size, and was clean. I’ve stayed at other hotels in Durango, but have come back here for the 3rd time due to it being a reliably positive experience. The pool is nice, but it was a bit cold this time of year to use it. I’ve used it before and it was nice to have. The cleaning staff do a great job with the rooms and the rest of the hotel. Receptionists have helped with questions and were friendly. When I go back to Durango I will stay here again.

Elegant and beautiful finishes throughout, and the location is unbeatable. The staff is also very attentive when called upon.

There wasn’t any formal signage or announcement about the restaurant and spa amenities and whether they are available and when / what time. The bed frames in the suites need to be upgraded, they make a little too much noisy at even the smallest movement

A former restaurant was closed. No breakfast available, but excellent restaurants and coffee shops nearby. We all loved the Café Churros Chocolate shop 3 blocks away. The secure parking garage was convenient and a definite plus for us. The staff was awesome. We were there for 9 nights and will be back.

The pool was poorly or insufficiently maintained. The kids didn't mind but my wife and I avoided it. Also the rooftop lounge with large whirlpool bath has great views but not maintained. This hotel has perhaps seen its best days and in need of fresh management.

The hotel is beautiful, quiet, and just a short walk from the historical center. There is a secure parking garage where I was able to park my motorcycle. This was my second stay there in about a year.

The door locks are very secure, but it took me a while to figure out that you have to hold the key turned away from the door latch while you turn the handle.

Great location in the heart of downtown, within walking distance to shops, amenities, and many historic sites. some staff didn't speak English but were super helpful when they understood. I highly recommend this hotel for travelers who are interested in an authentic experience.

The people who worked there were very helpful. Since my girlfriend and I were going to spend the night there in connection with our wedding, and wanted to spend the wedding night alone together, we also got a decorated room and a bottle of champagne. Incredibly good service!

The front seat employees were new and young and when we ask about interesting places to know they didn’t know and just gave us brochures but they didn’t help us to make a good plan to enjoy the city

Didn’t like that my room wasn’t ready had to wait Allmost an hour for it.And the pool was not clean or ready for use.Not how it looked

It was a very nice boutique hotel in the center of town. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was helpful with information on restaurants and activities in the area.
