Although it's simple, it is comfortable enough, the staff was helpful, and the breakfast good. Good value for the price. We were there to see the total solar eclipse, and I was impressed at how Durango organized to deal efficiently with the large influx of eclipse viewers. There weren't any traffic problems and they had set up a system of reliable taxis. We had a good experience. Just wish we would have had more time to explore the mountains.

There weren't a lot of options of restaurants nearby.

A good room with fast internet. The bathroom is pleasant and clean and the shower is excellent. The soap was too close to the hair dryer, however. The room was very clean, and very quiet. There is a regular bus to the centre.

This is a business hotel and we went for the Christmas holidays. Complimentary breakfast finishes at 10 am, and we arrived at 9.10 am. The queues were huge for the size of the breakfast area, so we weren't able to finish in time.

Friendly staff, easy parking, very clean room, felt safe. Loved the tea options and the kettle by the lifts :)

Room was very small, and couldn't open windows for fresh air. Would have appreciated a mini fridge but that's on me for not checking amenities! Was an expensive stay but assume prices were high due to the eclipse.

Location of this hotel is everything you can get almost anywhere in 5/10 min breakfast was good chilaquiles fruit eggs yogurt it was nice this is my 4th time staying here

This hotel would be a 10 if it only had a pool

Room and beds ok

Worst garbage production at breakfast I have ever seen. Styrofoam cups for coffee, plastic cups for juice. Plastic cutlery. Two tortillas in a plastic bag, two sandwich slices a plastic bag. Air conditioning not reasonably adjustable

The room was good although the beds were not really long. Breakfast was ok, but mainly catered to the mexican taste. Location is good, next to a shopping mall.

The shower. It took very long before there was hot water.

The location was wonderful. I was able to get a lot of stuff done. The staff was good especially the nice lady from breakfast. She was polite. And how everything was super easy.

The bed was comfortable but I wish they had better pillows. Also, I wish they had a mini fridge.

Location in the staff are both great. The room was comfortable, everything you need for one night.

Room was a little small but very nice and clean ..very good location by the mall and free parking under hotel. Will stay again!
