We liked Everything! My mom, son and I stayed for 3 nights. Everyone was very polite and courteous. The breakfast was delicious although I think it could be a little more varied. The room and the hotel was very clean.

We tried to do some laundry but they said the washer had just stopped working. Probably just my bad luck!

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist with any inquiries or requests. The rooms were impeccably clean, which I greatly appreciated. Additionally, the internet connection was very reliable, allowing me to stay connected without any issues.

One aspect to consider is the hotel’s location. It is conveniently close to the airport, which is convenient for travelers. However, it is quite far from the city center and historical district. This distance may be a drawback for those wishing to explore the cultural and historical attractions as it requires additional transportation time.

The breakfast was the best I have ever had, and the staff made it even better because of their attention to service. The parking is right in front of the building, and we saw in house security most of the time we were there. Mostly to help with stuff around the hotel.

I had to think about this, but I guess the bed could be a little more comfortable.

Rooms were clean. All functioning well in the hotel and in the rooms. There was an AC unit and TV. Breakfast was great. The staff was courteous and efficient.

Most aspects about the hotel were great, but one thing I didn't like was that the windows could not be opened and there was little ventilation in the room. Although there was an AC unit, it only recycled the air in the room - there was no way to circulate air from outside and no vent system to bring in fresh air. It's also distant from many services - we had a car so it wasn't a problem.

We have stayed at Mision Express several times since 2022. The hotel is has been consistently good. The rooms are larger than other similar hotels in Mexico and have some extra touches that improve the experience. Breakfast is good and the servers are friendly. We often travel with a cat, so it is important to find a pet-friendly hotel.

Sometimes the outside doors were open on the second floor, could be dangerous for kids. Is a little far from center.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. It was modern, clean, and affordable. Our room (409) was very quiet. The WiFi worked perfectly all over the property. The complimentary breakfast was plentiful and tasty, and their brewed coffee is also very good. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The pillows were adequate, but not the most comfortable.

Near airport, staff is always available and helpful, friendly. The kitchen staff very professional food was delicious.

Excellent; they had choices for non-meat eaters in breakfast. All clean, and features all worked. Safety box, iron, drier and includes personal items if needed.

Would need thicker comforters for beds. Other than that, it was a great hotel.
